Pro: Appartamento grande e posizione ottima: vicino al mare, ai vari ristorantini e minimarket per acquistare tutto ciò che può servire.

Comoda e spaziosa

Pro: Eravamo un gruppo di 5 amici. La casa è accogliente, 3 camere spaziose ed è molto comodo avere a disposizione due bagni, ma soprattutto l'aria condizionata. Terrazzo ampio, con uscita sia dalla camera che dalla cucina. Il garage è un po' scomodo per parcheggiare, ma basta prenderci la mano e diventa più facile, e rimane sempre una comodità, altrimenti diventerebbe difficile trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze e sarebbe a pagamento. Posizione ottima, è praticamente in centro, quindi si può scendere tranquillamente a piedi per raggiungere i vari servizi e il lungomare.

Contro: La temperatura dell'acqua mentre fai la doccia non si regola bene, salta da calda a fredda. a mio parere il letto è troppo duro.

Pro: Excellent location - within walking distance there are grocery stores, restaurants and cafes. Two bedrooms are very spacious, and the third has a sofa bed, suitable for children, for example.

Contro: Although the apartment has a parking space, it is suitable/accessible for smaller cars. Having a parking space is a big advantage (as most streets are prohibited for parking), but keep in mind that there is only 1 if you have more than 1 car. Parking near the apartment, on the street, is almost impossible (we had arguments with the permanent residents) where to park. As a recommendation, I would point out that the bathroom should be cleaned more thoroughly. There is no espresso machine in the kitchen, only a coffee maker, but there is a cafe 5 minutes away: I highly recommend Eden.

Pro: Clean, beautiful, big apartment (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms), garage available, wonderful place. We were very excited, satisfied and recommend it!!!! We will be happy to come back!!!

Contro: I don't know about anything

Nice place with friends

Pro: Location is good near to the sea and restaurants. Towels are good. Two big bedrooms and two separated bathrooms. Terrace and garage (only for small car).

Contro: No microwave. No kitchen towel or paper towel. Old/used washing sponge. Street room can be very noisy at night. Garage is good but we cannot used as it is too narrow for a cupra leon, it fits only for small cars.

Good place

Pro: Very large apartment, two bathrooms, good location (I totally recomend Pizzeria Venere on the next street), private parking.

Contro: Parking was a bit tight for larger cars. There were few bins outside (for recycling, that's great), but additional bin inside would be useful.

Pro: Really spacious apartment with a wonderful atmosphere. Everything was clean and functional. In fact, garage parking is a huge advantage.

Contro: There is a big problem with garbage in Catania. There are no containers on the streets like we are used to elsewhere. If you go on trips by car, throw the sorted garbage into the appropriate containers. You won't be able to make the weekly garbage collection schedule if you're only there for a few days. Yes, in Catania your trash is your problem, the host only asks you to take out the trash after yourself.

This is a spacious accommodation and I feel relaxed here.

Pro: - Very spacious place, a lot of rooms. - Have private parking space. - Have outdoor space for relaxing and cloth hanging. - Very comfy beds. !! Host (Iolanda) was very responsive and helpful. Our check-in time changed a coupled of times and she tried to meet us without having anyone to wait. She also response immediately when we ask what to do when the fuse tripped, and that was 20:30 in the evening!

Contro: - Floor was not spotless but was not dirty either. - Have to take garbage out everyday and it took me a while to figure out the schedule. - The room next to the road can hear outdoor sound clearly. - No microwave available which is a little sad

Pro: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja jako punkt wypadowy do zwiedzania wschodniego wybrzeża Sycylii, parking w hali garażowe ( faktycznie ciasno ale Hyundai I 20 spokojnie się miescił 😁)j, patio wewnętrzne na wyłączność, niezależne ogrzewanie mieszkania (wszystkie pomieszczenia), duża przestrzeń mieszkania, dwie duże łazienki. Mieszkanie położone w centrum urokliwej nadmorskiej miejscowości, bardzo blisko do sklepów i restauracji.

Contro: Łazienki wymagają większej uwagi przy sprzątaniu (kabiny prysznicowe), niektóre elementy wyposażenia łazienek (mechanizmy zamykania/otwierania odpływu wody z umywalki i bidetu) wymagają naprawy. Dość hałaśliwi sąsiedzi. W kuchni brak takich rzeczy jak płyn do mycia naczyń, ściereczek do naczyń lub ręcznika papierowego, podstawowych przypraw: cukier, pieprz. Niby drobiazgi ale powodują dyskomfort. Segregacja śmieci! Brak informacji o harmonogramie odbioru posortowanych odpadach domowych, pojemniki do sortowania odpadów są ale opisy są już nieczytelne. Brak zapasu papieru toaletowego, dwie rolki na tydzień dla 3 osób to zdecydowanie za mało.

Pro: Просторно, чисто жилище, с добро местоположение за посещение на Таормина, Етна на север и Сиракуза,Ното, Катаня на юг

Contro: Ако сте с кола, трябва да е малка. Необходими са няколко маневри за да паркирате в гаража.
