Pro: Bellissimo posto, la casa con tutti i confort, posto molto rilassante vicinissimo alla piscina,poi la signora Ketty gentilissima ❤️

Awesome esperienze

Pro: Very comfy and well equipped large home 50 yards from the swimming pool of the complex. The landlord is very helpful and attentive to your needs/requests. We felt like it was our home and we were five prople in the premises (parents, grandma, two kids 5 years old).

Contro: Just irrelevant and minor things, not even worth of being mentioned.

Nice and pleasant stay

Pro: The apartment is nice and spacious and Petty is the best possible host, friendly, fast in replying to questions.. Bedrooms and living rooms have airconditioning which is very convenient. There's a nice swimming pool on the premise and we really liked the tiny private 'beach' (rocks at the sea side actually) that's very close to the apartment.. There seem to be a better rocky beach a bit further away according to Petty, but we never actually went there..

Contro: The balcony is quite small but there's a nice terrace at the front.. We hardly used it though since we found it a bit too warm outside.. The house is situated at a private area of holiday homes which from the outside looks a bit outdated.. (Petty's house on the inside is well maintained though.). You have to plan throwing away your trash as this is opened limited times, not the biggest issue, but a bit inconvenient sometimes.. The place has a lot of Italians (not strange since it is in Italy 😅), but if you like to be with a lot of international tourists, there might be better places.. For us it was perfectly fine.. A car is really needed when going here...

Super, immer wieder

Pro: Die Vermieterin war super nett. Als wir abends ankamen lag eine Paket Pasta, Nudelsauce, Wasser, Kaffee, Kekse sogar eine Flasche Wein bereit. Es war wirklich alles liebevoll vorbereitet. Sie ist sogar noch einmal extra gekommen und hat uns zusätzliche Wäsche gebracht, weil ich es vergessen hatte anzugeben. Als wir nachts Probleme mit dem Schlüssel hatten ist sie auch extra noch einmal mit dem Auto gekommen und hat uns gerettet. Die Wohnung war auch sehr schön, alles gut eingerichtet und zwei große bequeme Sofas, auf denen man es sich wirklich gemütlich machen konnte. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Contro: Nichts

Pro: Niedliche Ferienwohnung in sizilianischem Stil geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet mit Küche, Bad, 2x Toilette, Waschmaschine. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin.

Contro: Weg zum Meer ist etwas weiter als gedacht, Ferienwohnung liegt in einem Neubaugebiet

Pro: Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielami. Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony.

Estupenda estancia para familias

Pro: La casa tiene de todo. Es bueno tener un aseo además del baño. El aire funciona perfectamente, lo que hace más llevadero los días de calor. Piscina muy buena. Con toboganes. No usamos la parte del jardín que está en la planta baja de la casa por el calor. Primera planta con salón y cocina independiente, además del aseo. Planta arriba con baño completo y dos habitaciones con aire acondicionado. Si quieres pasar unos días tranquilos, está urbanización es tu sitio puesto que está a 25 minutos de Catania y 20 de Siracusa. El check in muy comido con todas las instrucciones perfectamente explicadas por la dueña que se puso días antes en contacto, lo que tranquiliza mucho Pendiente en todo momento

Contro: Por poner algo en contra, alguna puerta roza y no cierra bien. La hora de salida un poco temprana.

Pro: Tout. L' accueil était juste parfait Le logement est propre et rien ne manque. . Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Contro: Rien tout était parfait

Alojamiento muy limpio, cómodo y recomendable, perfecto para visitar la zona de siracusa

Pro: La casa es muy cómoda, limpia y acogedora, las camas, almohadas y sábanas son nuevas y muy cómodas. Muy buena experiencia.

Contro: Los toboganes de la piscina no funcionan.
