Pro: La casa è molto bella e gode di terrazza con vista sull Etna eccezionale.

Contro: Purtroppo la posizione non è delle migliori. Bisogna avere la macchina per forza per spostarsi nei negozi più vicini.

Pro: Indubbiamente il punto di forza della casa è il terrazzo vista mare, con l’Etna sullo sfondo, dove ci sono comodi fili per stendere il bucato. In generale ha tutto quanto serve per brevi soggiorni. Un aspetto più pratico è il parcheggio, trovandosi anche all’interno di un complesso chiuso. Comunicazione con l’host ottima e veloce, molto disponibile.

Contro: In generale la casa avrebbe bisogno una rinfrescata e ammodernamento, con cui potrebbe esprimere un grande potenziale. Ha comunque un buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Pro: Purtroppo abbiamo dormito solo una notte e la colazione è stata fatta al bar

Contro: Purtroppo il tempo non è stato favorevole. Fine marzo e piovoso

La vacanza è stata fantastica, rilassante e molto piacevole

Pro: La cordialità e la simpatia del padrone di casa , la splendida vista dell’Etna e del golfo dal terrazzo di casa e l’appartamento molto accogliente e comodo

Pro: Marco and his brother were very nice. We enjoyed using the shady terrace and not far beautiful beach during hot days. Accommodation is not the most modern, but fully equipped, maintained and clean with a distinctive atmosphere. Very fine holliday on the quiet place!

Nice villa with great view and with best host ever

Pro: Marco is the kindest host ever, not even possible to describe here in short. He helped us in all our needs - more than what we would have ever imagined. And his English was very good - what is really rare in Sicily/Italy. His apartment was clean and very well equipped. The beach nearby was so beautiful - we enjoyed collecting special shells and stones. The children also loved the cats around the house. We were happy that we chose this place. Great value for the price, we clearly recommend it.

Contro: Everything was perfect.

Pro: Bien placer pour visiter la région de Catane et proche de Syracuse pour les animations en soirée

Pro: La vue sur la mer et l'Etna, l'accueil de Marco!

Contro: Le parking très exigu et stressant avec la voiture de location (laisser sa voiture plus haut dans la rue?)

Pro: Marco est vraiment un super hôte ! On sent la bienveillance et l'envie de tout mettre en œuvre pour nous accueillir dans les meilleures conditions. La location est très grande, on y trouve tous les équipements nécessaires qu'on aurait dans une maison. Une terrasse bien agréable avec belle vue. Une place pour garer sa voiture dans une résidence sécurisée ce qui est un plus lorsqu'on a une voiture de location.

Contro: Peut être qu'un rafraîchissement pourrait être prévu ainsi qu'un changement de literie. Mais ça n'empêche pas de profiter du logement et des vacances.
