Comfort, pulizia, indipendenza..assolutamente da scegliere
Pro: Pulizia, posizione, zona apparentemente non tranquilla, invece silenziosa e comoda, disponibilità dello staff per alcune richieste effettuate e per il deposito bagagli dell'ultimo giorno che ci ha permesso di continuare a visitare comodamente la città. Cura nei dettagli, presenza di un buon phon, stoviglie, caffetteria a cialde + moka, una bottiglia d'acqua (utile in quanto il primo giorno siamo arrivate tardi) caffè, the, teiera, lavatrice...insomma c'era tutto lo stretto necessario e di più. Letto comodo. Qualità prezzo top.
Contro: L'acqua della doccia era un pò tiepida, non erano presenti coperte alternative (più leggere). Non abbiamo fatto richiesta per queste due modifiche, ma data la gentilezza dello staff sicuramente avrebbero provveduto!

Pro: Struttura moderna, host molto attento alle rifiniture, posizione comodissima e vicina sia al centro che al mare, arredamento curato in tutti i dettagli… la consiglierò sicuramente!

Good value for money…
Pro: Bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is quite “roomy” 😉 the owner was quite helpful for any questions we had.
Contro: The location is not the greatest in terms of the residents of the area. It is close to the city but we have tried to get home before it was too late.

Pro: Easy to get in, for any time of arrival - that's a great option (self-service). Everything was perfect, new, we even had coffee sugar and cold water in the refrigerator 👍☺️ Recommended

Pro: - clean modern apartment, good size - location, central but quiet - comfortable - self check in process very easy - Good value for money - Felt safe & secure
Contro: - TV signal poor, struggled to watch anything - kitchen area is really small, not practical if you want to cook a meal, but ideal for snacks & hot drinks. - hot water in shower is variable & often cool

It was a pleasant stay and I recommend this apartment.
Pro: Everything was new and clean. Furniture, bathroom all utilities. It was excellent!

Roomy - would stay here again!
Pro: Lots of space, big Bathroom. Kitchen/ dining area good size. Sleeping areas comfortable. Air con was great, 2 flat screen TVs. Good size fridge freezer. Close to bakery and small supermarket. Easy walking distance into town. Used the washing machine twice with no issues. Host was very prompt in replying and helped with advice on where to eat and organised a trip to the beach. He also assisted with local transport information.
Contro: Some access issues but promptly resolved by the host. WIFI dropped but promptly resolved.

Pro: Dobra lokalizacja, mieszkanie czyste i zadbane. Mili właściciele, wygodne łóżka. Generalnie super miejsce na pobyt w Katanii.

Pro: Komfortowe, nowoczesne i dobrze urządzone mieszkanie. Wygodne łóżko w sypialni, rozkładana sofa w salonie, czysta i wygodna łazienka. Parking na ulicy pod mieszkaniem. Drzwi z salonu wychodzą na ulicę, ale nie jest głośno (mała, jednokierunkowa ulica). 30 metrów od piekarni, w której poza świeżym pieczywem można też kupić sery i wędliny. Okolica taka sobie, jak to w centrum Katanii.
