Pro: Accogliente, pulita, comoda. Debora, é stata gentilissima, professionale e sempre disponibile. Ho avuto bisogno di un transfer e si è occupata di tutto lei. A fianco, c’è anche un bar per fare colazione davvero molto carino.

Pro: Appartamento bellissimo appena ristrutturato dotato di tutte le comodità e i comfort. Bagno nuovo e comodo. Vicinanza a monastero dei benedettini, vicinanza a due ottimi bar per la colazione, breve distanza dal duomo e da Via Etnea (10 min a piedi).
Contro: Assenza di finestre, strada molto trafficata e rumorosa, doccia con bassa pressione dell'acqua.

Pro: Semplicemente meraviglioso! Questa casa vacanze a Catania è stata una vera scoperta: bellissima, accogliente e incredibilmente pulita, curata in ogni minimo dettaglio. La posizione è da togliere il fiato… affacciata direttamente sullo splendido Monastero dei Benedettini, un panorama unico che lascia senza parole! Il proprietario è stato fantastico: fin da subito si è dimostrato gentile, disponibile e molto attento a ogni nostra esigenza. Sempre pronto a darci consigli preziosi su cosa visitare, dove mangiare e come vivere al meglio la città. Mi sono sentita davvero a casa, coccolata e accolta come fossi un’ospite speciale. Un soggiorno che porterò nel cuore e che consiglio senza esitazioni a chiunque voglia vivere Catania in un ambiente autentico e di altissimo livello!

Pro: The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. We had everything we needed during our stay. Deborah, who manages the apartment, is very kind and helpful, and the hosts were welcoming and even allowed us to leave our luggage, which we really appreciated.
Contro: The only drawbacks were the low water pressure in the bathroom, which made showering a bit difficult, and the fact that the entrance is directly from the street and there are no windows.

A lovely compact apartment that's a great base for exploring Catania & the surrounding area.
Pro: A lovely apartment in Catania. It was very comfortable, stylish, and had everything we needed for a few days to explore the area. The apartment is a short walk from the main squares of Catania. The location is beside the Monastero dei Benedettini di San Nicolò l'Arena (Benedictine Monastery of San Nicolò l'Arena) and Chiesa di San Nicolò l'Arena (Church of Saint Nicholas the Arena) - both worth a visit (especially the roof of the church for great views across the city & Etna). The lovely coffee shop next door was great for a morning coffee & snacks too.

Pro: The location was good nearby the city centre Clean apartment Good value for money The staff is very friendly and helpful, Deborah who managed the apartment has adapted for us for the checkin and the checkout and it was easy to communicate with her, very helpful
Contro: The apartment doesn’t have any windows, so there is no natural light, it is a little bit bizarre. It is a ground floor so it is a little bit noisy in the day because of the traffic circulation.

Pro: Situated opposite the Benedettini Monasterium, the property is a great location to spend time while discovering Catania. Special thanks to Deborah, for her precious infos and help during our stay. The appartment is very comfortable, clean and newly renovated. Everything looks amazing. We'd also like to express our gratitude to the owner of the property who allowed us staying a few hours more, since our plane was in the afternoon.

Alojamiento muy bonito cuidado al detalle
Pro: La ubicación es perfecta, estaba muy limpio, la decoración cuidada al detalle. Nos pusieron agua en la nevera, teníamos e infusiones Está frente a la plaza Dante donde está la iglesia muy bonita que dentro tiene un órgano precioso Estamos muy contentos
Contro: Me hubiera gustado que tuviera ventanas al exterior
