Amazing stay 10/10
Pro: Great experience- apartment is very well equipped- everything you need is already there- cooking appliances, iron, washing machine. Photos don’t give justice to this place- it’s so beautiful! Our Host Claudio was very helpful, contact was great and we also got a list with many recommended places like restaurants/shops etc. We definitely recommend staying there and we would love to come back🇮🇹🤌🏻☺️

Fantastic
Pro: Claudio is a fantastic host. Despite our late check-in, he personally waited for us and showed us around the apartment. We have never stayed in such a beautiful accommodation before. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The photos don’t do justice to how spacious and well furnished the place is. It was a pleasure to return here every evening and relax. Everything is within walking distance. Unfortunately, we stayed here during Hurricane Harry, but Claudio was incredibly helpful in every way. He stayed in constant contact with us, kept us informed about the city’s safety measures, and assisted us with everything we needed. Since our flight home departed late in the evening, he even offered that we could stay in the apartment all day to remain safe from the storm, and if our flight had been canceled, he would have provided accommodation for that night as well. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation, and we will definitely be returning here.

Pro: Le propriétaire nous a reçus avec une grande gentillesse, prenant le temps de partager ses meilleures adresses et précieux conseils. Idéalement situé à deux pas de la Via Etna, l'artère vivante de Catane, l'appartement offre un calme absolu et un espace généreux. Le confort est total avec deux salles de bains complètes et une salle d’eau supplémentaire, ce qui est un atout rare et très appréciable. Très fonctionnel pour cuisiner et parfaitement équipé, ce logement a fait de notre séjour une réussite totale.

Precioso y cómodo departamento
Pro: El departamento nos gustó mucho, está bellamente remodelado y es muy comodo, tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar en la cocina, y baños, también tiene lavadora La zona es tranquila y segura. Alrededor hay buenos restaurantes y panaderías y supermercados. El proprietario es muy amable y atento.

Pro: Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Umberto Charming Home in Catania insgesamt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft liegt zentral und bietet eine stilvolle, helle Einrichtung mit allem, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Küche hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, sie war voll ausgestattet, das Wohnzimmer gemütlich, und die Schlafzimmer entspannte eine ruhige Atmosphäre. Der Gastgeber war aufmerksam und kommunikativ, was unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm machte.
Contro: Ein kleiner Punkt zum Hinweis: Im Inserat war von drei Badezimmern die Rede, tatsächlich gab es zwei Badezimmer plus eine separate Toilette. Das hat unseren Ablauf vor Ort gut funktioniert, ist aber eine wichtige Information für zukünftige Gäste, die eine klare Vorstellung von der Aufteilung brauchen.

Pro: Przepiękny apartament w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Świetnie wyposażony we wszystko co mogłoby być potrzebne, bardzo czysty i komfortowy. Byliśmy naprawdę zachwyceni jakością wykończenia (sufity!!). Zdecydowanie na plus również kontakt z Claudio, który wytłumaczył nam wszystko, a także przesłał listę polecanych restauracji, pasticcerii czy sklepów, co bardzo nam pomogło. Gdybym mogła, dałabym 11/10 😉
