Pro: Clean and tidy apartment, with a comfortable double bed on the gallery. Location 15 minutes walk from the center. Excellent communication with the host.
Contro: We were 4 adults and the two small beds on the ground floor are not comfortable to sleep on. The neighbors are a bit noisy, and that part of town looks poor and the streets are dirty.

Modern and comfortable
Pro: The apartment is modern, clean and well equipped. Clean linens and new dishes from Ikea. It was nice to find juices, milk in the refrigerator and croissants in kitchen when we arrived at the apartment straight from the airport. Contact with Alessandro is very good and fast. The host is very kind.
Contro: The only downside is the location. It is not very aesthetically pleasing. But there are stores nearby with delicious Sicilian oranges and fresh bread. It's about a 15-minute walk to the tourist center.

Pro: The apartment was very very clean. One of the cleanest places I've ever stayed. Host was very helpful. There was no problem with our very late arrival and my dietary restrictions.
Contro: Area not very nice but for our needs (sleeping and eating breakfast) good. Not recommended for people with small children, neighbors were kinda loud.

Everything was great, we enjoyed our staying
Pro: Everything was great, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay (dishes, hair dryer, towels, washing powder, etc.). I would like to separately mention the wonderful neighbors who were very friendly and helped in any matter, despite the language barrier. The area itself is a bit dirty, but it is relatively close to the centre, there are also two large supermarkets and the beach within half an hour's walk
Contro: Noise from the street, but it is ok with closed windows

Pro: Bardzo pomocny gospodarz, szybko odpowiada na wiadomości, pomocny. Miejsce czysciutkie, za te cenę extra. Do przystanków ok 20/25 min.
Contro: Jedyny malutki minus, że głośni są sądzi i na ulicy hałas, ale idzie się przyzwyczaić. Można użyć stoperów jeśli komuś przeszkadza hałas.

Una estancia única
Pro: El alojamiento estaba limpio y estaba bastante equipada, incluso tenía una plancha para la ropa. El desayuno estuvo muy bien.
Contro: Aunque en el barrio fuimos muy queridas y nos trataron muy bien, no es un barrio como para todo el mundo. El chorro de la ducha es muy débil. La habitación está arriba y el baño abajo, y es un poco incómodo.

Atutem jest Alessandro, plusem świetny apartament, a suplementem - atmosfera sycylijskiej ulicy
Pro: Lokalizacja odpowiada opisowi. Blisko wszędzie, do starego miasta, sklepów, autobusu. Apartament jest wyposażony zgodnie z opisem i jest komfortowy. Poznaliśmy atmosferę katańskiej ulicy, smaki street food, świeżych bułeczek czekoladowych i .... pieczonej cebuli, pycha!!!! To wszystko na Via Plebiscito. Alessandro, dziękujemy za Twoją pomoc, radę , wskazówki i...serdeczność!
Contro: Jak dojechać bo komunikacja autobusowa w Katanii jest mało czytelna. Na przystankach autobusowych są numery przystanków, ale nie ma godzin przyjazdu/odjazdu.
