Pro: L'appartamento è bellissimo e ristrutturato da poco e fa ancora odore di nuovo😊ci ha accolto la Gent.ma Sig.ra Scuto, allegra, sorridente e simpaticissima, ci ha aspettato ad un altro indirizzo dove abbiamo prenotato il posto privato per la macchina, gran cosa a Catania, e poi a pochi metri ci ha accompagnato nell'appartamento, posizione centralissima di Catania, e a piedi abbiamo poi girato il centro senza preoccupazioni per la macchina..la struttura realizzata bene con bagno in ogni camera, aria condizionata potente che poi abbiamo spento prima di dormire e non abbiamo avuto necessità di riaccenderla perché la camera si è mantenuta fresca..struttura consigliatissima.
Contro: Un campione di docciaschiuma a persona per una sola notte é poco, lasciarne qualcuno in più è gradito perché uno è insufficiente.. C'era la macchinetta del caffè e abbiamo assaggiato vari tipi di bevande buonissime al gusto di nocciola, pistacchio, cioccolato, caffè aromatizzato al gusto sambuca, ma non c'era la cialda del caffè normale..la signora gentilissima voleva poi offrircelo..va bene così, valgono sempre l'educazione, l'ospitalità e le buone intenzioni. Suitable even for a longer stay
Pro: Ease to reach but quite quiet. Friendly and helpful host ; comfortable clean apartment, high speed Internet, 2 bathrooms ; everything was functional. Only 5 minutes to the Duomo di Sant’Agata. At arrival: cold water in the fridge + coffee pods !

CLEAN, PERFECTLY LOCATED, CONVENIENT and BEST PLACE TO STAY IN CATANIA
Pro: The location and the cleanliness of the property was amazing. We were exactly living in Duomo, its a very nice 5 minutes walk, there are bakeries very close, the apartment has its own private entrance door, the ACs are more than enough and keeps you perfect even after you turn them off, the host is very nice and reachable anytime. They have a private parking for 15 eur a day, its very convenient and relief. The parking is kind of right behind the apartment. If you want to stay in an apartment instead of a hotel, choose this one,will not regret
Contro: I loved everything, there is nothing I didnt like. Because of the construction, the rooms do not have windows, there is only one small open area in the kitchen but its totally not a problem, the apartment is airy, nice, and I liked it this way

Pro: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Catania! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. The location was perfect—close to local shops, restaurants, and just a short walk from the main attractions of the city. Our host was very welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Catania!

Pro: •\tExcellent central location, just a 2–3 minute walk from the Duomo \t•\tSpacious apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms \t•\tWell-equipped kitchen \t•\tOption for secure, closed parking nearby (15 EUR/day), very safe and convenient \t•\tVery kind and helpful host; both the host and her mother were always available
Contro: •\tThe apartment has only one window/door opening onto a small balcony \t•\tBecause of limited ventilation, humidity inside was quite high and there was a persistent smell

Točno to kar smo iskali. 2 sobi, 2 kopalnici, kuhinja in blizu centra ter privat parkingom.
Pro: Lolacija top... 100mod centra... splača se doplačati za privat parking, ki je 100m od apartmaja...
Contro: Apartma je v pritličju in ob cesti zato je malce hrupno tudi ponoči.

Pro: Квартира відповідає фото на сайті, чиста, комфортна для проживання. Є дві ванні кімнати, що дуже комфортно коли відпочиваєте з дітьми. На кухні присутнє все необхідне для приготування, є пральна машина. Є кавомашина і хазяйка залишила ще круасани для кави. В холодильнику була вода. Було приємно, що власниця потурбувався за своїх клієнтів. Близько до центру. Також пропонується приватна парковка прям біля апартаментів, вам видають пульт від воріт. Ціна 15€ за добу. Для нас було дуже важливо залишити машину на безпечній парковці, бо багато випадків коли б'ють вікна в машинах з іноземними номерами і обкрадають навіть на платних громадських парковках. Подорожуючі Італією бачили багато місць на парковках з розбитим склом, тож будьте пильними. У нас був бус тому ціна була подвійна, нам зробили невелику знижку. При поселенні вас зустрічає власниця і видає ключі.
Contro: Неприємно було отримати повідомлення, що треба ще сплатити 20€ за прибирання і 12€ податку. Коли бронювали на сайті апартаменти, то там додатково сплачували податок і я думала що більше додатково нічого платити не потрібно буде. За прибирання також не розумію, чому не включити його вже в суму апартаментів. Ще момент, у більшій ванній кімнаті не працює витяжка, що не комфортно було для нас, постійно ванна була на провітрюванні. Місце для приватного паркування важко було знайти, ніяких інструкцій не було, тому довелося довго шукати, а воно знаходиться прямо за будівлею апартаментів.
