Zona comoda e non troppo lontana dal centro
Pro: Ampio appartamento. Non è nuovissimo ma ha tutto il necessario. Inoltre il proprietario è molto disponibile. Ci sono molte pasticcerie e bar nella zona, inoltre ci sono vari supermercati a poca distanza e anche una farmacia. Una mezz’oretta a piedi e sei in centro. Zona tranquilla e residenziale. Tutto sommato facile trovare parcheggio lungo la strada (in bassa stagione)
Contro: L’edificio in generale si sveglia presto la mattina e se si ha il sonno leggero può potenzialmente essere fastidioso ma niente di ingestibile

Pro: Luogo ricco di servizi commerciali raggiungibili anche a piedi, (es. Tabacchi, panificio, supermercati, bar e farmacia) appartamento pulito, e ben fornito, facile da raggiungere, situato vicino al centro storico di catania, host gentile, cordiale e disponibile. Tornerò sicuramente!
Contro: Assenza di parcheggio privato, nonostante se a pochi metri ce ne sia uno a pagamento

Spacious place, appropriate for longer stay and families
Pro: Location is within 20 min walking distance to the center. Appartment is very spacious, very appropriate for longer stay for a family (4-5 members). I really liked stylish furniture, kitchen is average equipped, but very big. There is also small balcony for morning coffee or smokers. App is in 1st floor. 100 mts away there are Eurospin and Lidl, just around the corner is coffee shop and bakery, but for appropriate food or restaurant you need to walk a bit more. Main sleeping room is big and have a king size bed with very good matress, second sleeping room has two separate beds, which are not so comfy.
Contro: We stayed there in december and in general, in all the appartments there is no heating, but there are enough blankets for 'frozen' people. Neighbours above were very noisy after 4 AM (steps, kitchen, furniture moving, etc.). I do not recommend parking on the street, especially if you have rentacar - Italians are not very cultural drivers compared to central Europe and most of the cars are damaged. Also the main street is covered with waste, city center is more clean. These remarks are without any relation to apparment, but I like to share some infos about surroundings as well.

Pro: Es war eine sehr große Wohnung und sehr stillvoll. Ein der Balkon war von den Nachbarn abgeschirmt und könnte da in Ruhe sitzen.
Contro: Persönliche Meinung waren die Kissen zu hart bzw. zu hoch gelegen.

Pro: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. 10 min drogi od lotniska. 25 min pieszo do centrum Katani. Idealna baza wypadowa na zwiedzanie Sycyli. Bezproblemowe parkowanie przy pobliskiej ulicy. W pobliżu sklepy i lokalne jedzenie, dużo bardziej smaczne i autentyczne niż w centrum Katani. Codziennie rano zapach świeżego pieczywa z piekarni obok. Bardzo miły i pomocny właściciel apartamentu bezproblemowy i punktualny odbiór kluczy.

Ok na kilka noclegów blisko centrum i w dobrej cenie.
Pro: Przestronny apartament, czysty. Blisko piekarnia i Lidl. Działająca klima i dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Parkowanie wieczorem przy ulicy - zawsze znajdowaliśmy miejsce. Okolica nie ciekawa konieczny samochód żeby gdzieś dojechać. Moja ocena uwzględnia stosunek jakości do ceny.
Contro: Dość trudno odnaleźć apartament (zero dodatkowego opisu). Nam pomógł miejscowy Pan i pokazał gdzie mamy iść. Drzwi od kabiny do naprawy - wypadają że ściany i woda przecieka na łazienkę.

Akiknek nem számít a környezet, de a kényelmes, tiszta szállás igen, azoknak javaslom.
Pro: A lakás hatalmas, tiszta és mindennel felszerelt. Klíma mindkét hálószobában volt, de a többi helységben nem volt fűtés. Március végén töltöttünk itt pár napot, így egy picit hideg volt. Nyáron biztosan jobb. A tulajdonos kedves és segítőkész. A kulcs átvétele zökkenőmentes volt. Kérésre kijött a reptérre értünk. A közelben több bevásárlási lehetőség. A ház oldalában egy csodálatos kávézó, tele finom süteményekkel. A közelben több helyi buszmegálló, ahonnan minden könnyen elérhető. A környék kicsit lehangoló, de ezt láttuk a foglalásnál is. Összességében jól éreztük magunkat. Olcsóbb szálláskeresőknek ajánlom.
Contro: A fürdőszoba tiszta, nagy és tágas, de a tusoló kicsi és ráférne egy csere.
