Pro: Great location, the apartment is a bit away from the main square (about 10 min walk) but the apartment was quiet and peaceful. Very good contact with the owner, we could check in earlier which was a huge convenience.

Contro: no information in the description that the apartment is accessed via narrow, winding stairs, air conditioning only in one bedroom.

Clean, spacious, central and worth the money spent!

Pro: It was clean, modern and close to all the big landmarks. It has all the amenities you need such as a stove, coffee machine, fridge etc. the rooms are extremely spacious and light.

Contro: The stairs to get to the rooms upstairs are extremely steep and hard to walk up and down.

We had a great stay. I would recommend!

Pro: The property was spacy, clean and fully equipped. There was coffee available, washing tablets, sun umbrella, things that were really handy for a pleasant stay. The aircondition was life saving, the beds comfortable. The whole place seems like recently renovated. The location was ok, 10 minutes from city centre. The owner was friendly and helpful!

Contro: The state and atmosphere of the location, the street is not the best, but after 2 days we got used to it. I dont think it is the best choice for families with children.

Catania ist eine Reise wert, liebenswürdig und authentisch. Es gibt aber nicht nur Hochglanzviertel.

Pro: Sehr zentrale Lage mit kurzem Weg zum Supermarkt und Bäcker. Sehr freundliche Menschen und moderate Preise beim Bäcker. Kurze Fußstrecke ins Zentrum, mit guten Lokalen. Der Flughafen ist sehr nah und mit einem Mietwagen kann die ganze Insel erfahren werden.

Contro: Parkplätze für den Mietwagen sind rar, dennoch haben wir jeden Abend einen gefunden. Busfahren ist schwierig, da sie nicht zuverlässig fahren bzw. kommen. Die direkte Umgebung ist etwas schmuddelig aber herzlich und authentisch. Nachts ist fast so viel auf den Straßen los, wie am Tage. Im Gebäude brummt ein Aggregat, hat aber nicht sonderlich gestört.
