Pro: Ottima posizione, pochi minuti a piedi per raggiungere il centro, host molto disponibile, struttura con buoni servizi,. Unica pecca appartamento sito all’ ultimo piano privo di ascensore.

Pro: The apartment is situated perfectly in the center. Few minutes walk to the train and bus station or to the old town and the market. It´s fully equipped, we didn´t miss anything and it´s perfectly clean. The absolute highlight is the terrace! The owner arranged for us taxi to the airport, because we were leaving very early in the morning and the driver came on time and she was very nice! I can recomment staying here to everybody who doesn´t care about walking upstairs to the top floor. We didn´t mind :-) We loved our stay and Catania is fantastic city, when we come back we will stay here again!

Perfectly. You don’t have to choose between city centre distance and sea view!
Pro: Really beat view in the city. Near by the city centre- 5 mins walk.
Contro: Apartment is on a high level, but it’s a price for this beautiful view. We made it with 6 months old 😊

Schön - Very nice
Pro: Perfekt Location when travellinge without a car (close to airport, train station, busses and city centre It was great that I could arrive late and stay the whole day of my departure (evening flight) Videos of how to open the doors were very helpful I absolutely loved the roof-top terrace!!!!! And the view of the sea/city and Mount Etna
Contro: Due to my relatively light sleep I was woken up several times during the night when the water pump above my flat/bedroom, pumped water up into a big tank. As I was on holidays this didn't stress me very much as I could rest during the day. Still, I would recommend this appartement!!!

Absolutely worth it.
Pro: The center is only 10 minutes walk. Nice view to the sea. Hygiene stuffs are included, kitchen is well equipped.
Contro: Rooftop should has a sun bed and bathtub should has a curtain.

Excellent séjour.
Pro: L’emplacement était super, c’est proche de tout à pieds et la terrasse a une super vue ! Il y’a tout le nécessaire dans la maison, tout était génial !
Contro: Il fait assez froid dans l’appartement.

Czyste, dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie blisko dworca, pomocny gospodarz.
Pro: Apartament położony jest 7 minut spacerem od dworca kolejowego. Blisko do komunikacji miejskiej. Do historycznego centrum Katanii - jakieś 12 minut (niecały kilometr). Do portu 3 minuty. Do małej, kamienistej, ale uroczej plaży San Giovanni Licuti - na piechotę 30 minut, ale można autobusem. Alessandro jest bardzo pomocny i szybko reaguje. Apartament jest bardzo czysty i wygodny, a kuchnia świetnie wyposażona: naczynia, sztućce, szklanki, talerze, ekspres do kawy. Spędziłem tam 3 noce i jestem zadowolony. Mieszkanie jest na ostatnim piętrze czteropiętrowej kamienicy, to właściwie poddasze, ale ilość schodów odpowiada bardziej piątemu piętru. Bez windy. Więc rodziny z dziećmi, wielkimi bagażami lub osoby starsze powinny wziąć to pod uwagę. Za to widok z tarasu na port jachtowy i morze rzeczywiście jest ok 😉🙂
Contro: Co kilkanaście minut włączało się jakieś urządzenie (chyba pompa od wody, bo zbiorniki umieszczone są na klatce, tuż za ścianą sypialni). To buczenie w ciągu dnia nie żadnego znaczenia, ale w nocy trochę przeszkadzało.
