Comfortable stay in great location
Pro: This property felt very homely with great attention to detail. We had everything we needed for a two night stay.
Contro: The bed is in a loft which is cosy but with the warm days it was a little hot. The aircon up in the loft took a while to cool it down (perhaps because the beam separates the aircon from the sleeping space). Other than that everything was great.

The Best Stay in My 63-Country Journey
Pro: These are incredible apartments in the heart of Catania, close to all the main attractions of the city. Everything necessary was provided, for which I’m very grateful to the host. Traveling with two children went smoothly because everything was available—even baby cream and medicine. These were the best and most fascinating apartments out of all 63 countries I have visited.

Pro: The location is ideal — just a 5-minute walk from the city center. Although it is located on a main road, the noise was not disturbing at all.It's also very close to a bus stop with convenient routes to the airport and other cities. Communication with the host was immediate, and he did his best to assist us throughout our stay. The apartment is well equipped.
Contro: The ceiling on the upper floor, where the bed is located, is relatively low, and in one spot you need to bend down to pass through.

Sunday in Catania
Pro: The delightful Eduardo greeted us at his apartment, very helpful with meal suggestions and the lay of the city, which was great as we could only stay the one day and found everything as he described. He also met with us on departure even though it was early and phoned a taxi for us. His apartment was super comfy with antique furniture and modern appliances . We appreciated the printed instructions in the bathroom & kitchen, the bed in the loft was comfortable, the coffee machine we used, and the kitchen was well equipped and stocked with all the basics: oil, sauces etc. Plenty of restaurants, bars, 7/11's, markets and bakery all very close if not in the same street, close to the Square, bus stop out front, 5min taxi ride to Centrale. We felt comfortable here and would happily stay again

Great location, noisy street but has everything you need in the house
Pro: Eduardo a asigurat tot ce am avut nevoie in baie si bucatarie, toaster si microunde, fryer si espressor. Eduardo este simpatic și ne-a făcut si recomandări. Am avut jocuri si jucarii pentru seara si patul este foarte confortabil. Este foarte aproape de centru si ai si un mini market in dreapta cu ce ai nevoie, multe patiserii, pizza si piazza Duomo la 5 minute, restaurante multe.
Contro: Este o casa zgomotoasă noaptea, daca aveti somn sensibil, nu este pentru voi. Se aude traficul, masina de gunoi, claxoane nebune noaptea. Daca cineva doarme pe canapeaua extensibila de jos, chiar e greu sa dormi. La etaj tot se aud noaptea dar mai suportabil daca dormiti adanc. Este singurul minus dar considerabil daca nu sunteti genul care doarme adanc.

Alles bestens. War ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
Pro: Sehr geräumig und zentral gelegen. Nur 5 Minuten Fussweg bis zum Fischmarkt und zur Kathedrale. Eduardo ist zudem sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit.
Contro: Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber weil die Via Plebliscito eine viel befahrene Strasse ist, gibt es nachts schon viel Trubel und Lärm auf der Strasse. Mit Kind würde ich spät nachts die Strasse meiden. Wir waren aber meist schon früh abends zurück, weshalb wir dies nicht so sehr bemerkt haben.

Pro: Здесь есть всё, и даже намного больше, чем нужно. 👌Очень уютно, удобно, красиво. Великолепное оснащение кухни, прекрасное бельё, идеально расположенные кондиционеры. Отличная локация. И очень приятный, дружелюбный, внимательный хозяин, который порекомендовал нам отличные места в городе для ужина. Спасибо!! 🙏🏻 ☺️

Pro: Zu Allerst muss man Eduardo erwähnen. Der einen von Anfang an begleitet und immer für Fragen offen ist. Ein weltoffener cooler Mann. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Zu Fuß kommt man schnell an den Strand und auch in die Altstadt/Fischmarkt. Vor der Tür gibt es Supermärkte und Bäckereien/coffee Shops! Die Wohnung hatte echt alles was man braucht. Die Küche war super bestückt. Insgesamt war die Sauberkeit aussergewöhnlich! Das Bett oben und die Couch unten sehr bequem. Klimaanlage top! Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
