Pro: Ottima struttura, tutto molto nuovo. Posizione ottima ben collegata con tutta Catania

Contro: Il check-in era abbastanza tardi e ha portato me e i miei amici a dover vagare per la città con le valigie in mano, problema di cui eravamo già informati ma che comunque ha portato qualche fastidio. Purtroppo uno dei condizionatori era guasto .

Pro: La casa era come da descrizione, abbastanza pulita e in posizione centrale.

Contro: Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che non c'era neanche una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo. Faceva caldo, avevo dimenticato a comprare l'acqua e vicino non c'è nessun posto da cui acquistarla

Pro: I’ve stayed at this apartment many times. I love that it’s always cosy and comfortable. The warm, bright colours of the home furnishings and artwork make it feel like home. I was happy to see that the host has now installed a brand new air conditioning unit in the kitchen/living room area. I appreciated that there was always instant hot water when I needed it. There is a new bed in the second bedroom. In the main bedroom there is now a window blind (roller blind) instead of curtains, which is very practical. I found that I didn’t get woken up by the sunlight first thing in the morning as the blind was good for keeping the room dark. I should also mention that I received the information for the door codes the day before my arrival which was great. You don’t need to worry about keys! Catania is a wonderful city and for me this apartment is a perfect place to stay.

Fantastic Apartment

Pro: Excellent apartment in a great location in Catania. I have stayed here on previous visits and it’s a lovely apartment with everything you need. The place is super clean and tidy - very comfortable. The access is via a door code which is perfect because you don’t need to worry about losing keys. The balcony is cute - it’s very nice to have a place to sit outside -even in December! There is a small supermarket just a couple of minutes away on foot. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Catania, I really recommend this apartment.

Pro: Perfect place for quick citybreak. Cosy apartament, clean. Fridge and stove available. Near the city center. Quiet and safe neighborhood.

Contro: No door in the shower, water can spills into the bathroom floor.

Pro: The apartment itself is perfect, clean, all facilities working well, the location is also great only 7-8 minutes walk to the center, The host was answering quite late, but still we had good impression. both bedrooms have enough space, and kitchen is also very well equipped.

Contro: All the accommodation I have stayed in, especially apartments, had coffee, sugar, tea etc. for the guests, this time we had only sugar and coffee machine without any coffee around, I would highly recommend the host just to add this small detail, guests will be much happier :)

Pro: The apartment is great, it was quiet at night which was really nice, also it was clean, had a free parking. It’s close to the city center, depending where you want to go but it’s around 10-15 min walk which was okay.

Contro: The hosts were a little bit unclear and were giving us new information about the apartment last minute, they made us take a taxi from them because we were arriving really late at night and the taxi driver needed to open and give us the keys to the apartment. They told us the taxi driver is gonna cost us 40€ and we accepted it because that was the only option. The day of the traveling (couple of hours before arriving) they told us that you can open the apartment with pin and the taxi driver that we booked was basically unnecessary. When we arrived at the airport the taxi driver was no where to be found, and we got into a new taxi and we paid around 25€ for that. So this was a little bit annoying but the apartment was nice.

Pro: Lovely apartment in the heart of Catania. I have stayed in the apartment previously and it is always fresh & clean. It’s bright and welcoming inside. The bed is super comfortable. Air conditioning is excellent. There is a really cute balcony where you can relax, read, listen to music. This part of the street is peaceful and it’s easy to walk to Via Crociferi and Piazza Duomo in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Catania.

Wonderful

Pro: The apartment is great, location is great, clean, and parking in street was for free. 12 minutes walking distance to city center. I have read some reviews that the street is a bit scary, i was there with my wife and kids, and I can only say it is very safe there. Supermarket and coffee is near. Nothing to complain about.

Pro: The host was very responsive and understanding of our late arrival due to flight cancellations. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. Beds were comfy and the AC did a very good job keeping the apartment cool when needed.
