Magnifico appartamento nel cuore di Catania

Pro: Ubicato in un edificio storico, l'appartamento è stato recentemente ristrutturato con estrema ricercatezza, cura e gusto. Dotato di ogni confort: aria condizionata e televisori in ogni camera, bagni moderni e funzionali, cucina superattrezzata e climatizzata, balconi e terrazzino. Il locale si trova in posizione strategica, a due passi dal duomo e dalla via Etnea e, cosa fondamentale, è dotato di parcheggio privato all'interno del cortile (con tanto di pregevole fontana monumentale!). A degno corollario di una piacevolissima permanenza va citata la gentilezza del proprietario Gianfranco, disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta con signorile discrezione. Cosa dire di più? Quando torneremo a Catania soggiorneremo con piacere al Biuti Suite Apartment

Pro: Excellent apartment in the centre of Catania. Great showers and very comfortable beds. Short walk to the main square. The host is extremely friendly and helpful and gave us some great recommendations for places to visit and eat. Top marks all round

One of the best short-term rentals I've ever stayed in

Pro: The location is perfect, everything is within reach on foot. The apartment itself is absolutely fantastic, very spacious, sparkling clean, beautifully renovated and fully equipped. Gianfranco is a wonderful host, you can tell that he loves hosting and he loves his city. Highly recommended!

Pro: We had a wonderful stay at Gianfranco’s apartment. The design is exceptional and the space is perfect for two families. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and we had absolutely everything we could possibly need — a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, a beautiful front-facing view in the city center, a lovely terrace… truly everything. The communication with Gianfranco was a solid 10/10. He was extremely helpful and welcoming. We even tried the restaurants he recommended and absolutely loved them. If we return to Catania, we will definitely stay here again. We honestly have nothing to complain about — everything was perfect.

Pro: Wonderful space in a great location. The apartment is large and well furnished. The extra bath was unusual and a treat. The kitchen was well stocked. The doors worked well, which isn't always the case Parking available if needed. An experience that felt like home.. Gianfranco is the ultimate host, going out of his way for clients and providing assistance whenever necessary. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Catania.
