Pro: La posizione perfetta. E la casa con tutti i comfort

Contro: Il parcheggio che non ho trovato in strada ( anche perché forse un pó incapace) e che fosse senza finestre ( ma nelle recensioni era scritto)

Ci ritornerei

Pro: L’appartamento si trova in una posizione strategica per muoversi a piedi. L’host è stato molto accogliente e disponibile. Erano presenti i servizi essenziali per il soggiorno.

Contro: Mancanza di finestre.

Pro: Posizione centrale, a pochi minuti dal centro; appartamento molto carino, moderno e funzionale, comodo anche per famiglie. Mi è piaciuta molto la soluzione del soppalco per la camera da letto e ho apprezzato il fatto che la struttura sia nuova, come da foto. Prezzo più che buono, siamo stati molto bene. Grazie!

Awesome 2 days by the beach

Pro: Across the road from the beach and very close to the cable car to go up to Toarmina

Pro: I liked the apartment, was very spacious, clean and had everything you need,very close to the city centre (5 min walk) and close to the bus stop to get the bus which goes to the beach. At night was quiet. I recommend this place!

Pro: This place is great! So huge and spacious. Neighborhood is surprisingly calm and quiet. Apartment is very clean and very well equipped. Definitely would recommend to a friend or family and I would definitely come back here. Also host is very responsive and kind. Overall 10/10!

Pro: We took a taxi from the airport, and the driver mentioned that we had booked an apartment in a fantastic location — and he was absolutely right. It was on a pretty peaceful street (as peaceful as it gets in lively Catania), yet close to all the main attractions and some amazing spots to try the local cuisine. The apartment is well-equipped, even for a longer stay, and communication with the owner was smooth and easy.

Contro: The apartment is spacious, though it’s a bit unusual that the only windows are on the main door and in the bathroom. Still, it felt airy and clean — perfectly fine for a short stay. For a longer visit, that lack of natural light might have been an issue for me. Also, the front door opens directly onto the street, so you can hear traffic and people passing by. That said, it didn’t bother us at all.

Pro: It was perfect. Close to the center, food and markets. Also free on street parking. The street is narrow but most of streets in Italy are! Quite spacious. Only downside is the lack of windows. The only natural light comes feom the transparent front door/ wich is huge . And also there is window inside the bathroom- for ventilation. Besides the sofa bed , there was another bed that turns into two single one with proper matreces , so easyly can fit 6 people. Wifi was

Pro: Wonderful apartment with a great location ! Very close to the city center but in alley where is quite and not loud so we can get the rest we deserve after tousend of kilometers taken by foot all day 😁 on the street planty spaces for cars to park. The apartment is clean and you need everything you need, we stayed 3 nights , we had more accommodations than we need. The owners are kind and helpful. I like the design of the apartment.

True to description, plus kind host.

Pro: The property was as described, we let ourselves in and host was available to answer any questions. Street parking, or nearby parking garage available. The apartment was just a short walk to downtown, and it was quiet at night. We had every comfort, and a very pleasant stay.

Contro: No downsides. Truly happy with the place.
