Case Vacanze Il Sorriso

Pro: Ho avuto un soggiorno splendido. L’apartamento é pulito e molto carino, con una grande terrasa. Il leto é comodissimo. Il centro storico é vicino, circa 20 minuti a piedi, ci sono anche dei mini supermerkati vicino. La proprietaria Giuseppinna é gentilissima e sempre disponibile, ci ha chiamato anche il taxi senza nessun problema

Contro: Niente

Pro: La colazione era discreta. La posizione , in relazione al mio specifico interesse, era buona ma il quartiere dove era allocata la struttura non era dei migliori. Compensato, comunque, dalla gentilezza dell'host che si è premurata anche di informarci sui luoghi e le attività nelle vicinanze.

Contro: Cambierei i cuscini.

Pro: Appartamento molto ben fornito, pulito e tenuto bene. Si trova a solo un quarto d'ora a piedi dal centro città C''è un piccolo parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze di cui però non ho usufruito non avendo l'auto.

Contro: Purtroppo la zona circostante non gli rende giustizia: le strade erano piuttosto sporche, da evitare la sera.

permanenza eccellente a Catania

Pro: l’appartamento è molto spazioso e dotato di ogni comodità. pulito, ordinato e organizzato in maniera eccellente. i proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili. vicino all’appartamento ci sono molti parcheggi liberi dove poter lasciare l’auto

Pro: Very nice apartment with a great terrace near to the historic center of Catania and ideal starting point to exploring the city itself and the nearby charming villages- Taormina, Siracusa, Noto, etc and Etna. The appartment is very spacious and charming and if you arrive by car, there is always space for free parking nearby. The hosts- Guiseppina and Guisepe are the real gem of the place. They are very welcoming, kind and helpful in every possible way. Guiseppina gave us such wonderful tips what to visit and where to taste local tipical dishes and we were more than happy from the places she advised us to check. So, if you are planning a visit in Catania, do not hesitate to book this appartment and to enjoy the hospitality of Guiseppina and Guisepe!

Pro: The flat is well located with a big nice terrace . The host is super friendly and kind with their recommendations, advises, and the Sicilian sweets.

Contro: The only downside is that the boiler is a bit small and hot water wasn't sufficient - but no big deal though.

A great stay in a comfortable apartment with easy parking

Pro: Everything about the apartment was perfect. The property was very good and check-in was easy. It was easy to find a parking spot in this area, which was very convenient. However, I noticed that the central area around the apartment is quite dirty. Also, there is no lift in the building, and our apartment was on the top floor, which might be challenging for us with small new born baby. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the excellent property and smooth check-in process. Thank you!

Nice place

Pro: Place was clean, we really liked lovely spacious terrace, the host very friendly, quick responding, we also liked self-checkin system. There are few supermarkets close to the place.

Contro: The staircase is very very narrow, we had to bring our luggage holding in arms. Location is very good if you rent a car, if you think you will use public transportation - forget it, there are plenty bus stop in ~500 m. distance but no busses passing while waiting for more then hour, ~1,5km walking to the place where you can take the bus to the seaside. Also AC is in the kitchen/living room, in bedrooms there are fans, I think in summer should be very hot.

Pro: Had an amaxing stay. The host is very hostpitable and friendly. For a reasonable price you get a full appartment within the center.

Pro: Huge apartment in a relatively quiet part of the town. Giusepina is a great host with lots of tips. We used the apartment as a headquarter to travel arount to Etna, Taormina, Syracusa, Turkish stairs…Highly recommended!
