Pro: Posizione eccellente nel centro storico, dal terrazzo sopra la camera si ammirano i frontoni delle grandi chiese barocche, il sorgere del sole e l'Enna innevata. Appartamento ristrutturato a nuovo, bagni nuovisismi. Proprietari gentili e sempre disponibili, trasferimento aeroporto puntuale e preciso.

Great apartment, great location

Pro: A lovely apartment with a great roof terrace and a real treat finding a 4th floor stay with a lift (albeit very slow). Bear in mind the terrace is only accessible by stairs though. All very clean and generally well equipped, with a modern kitchenette in the living space, 2 comfy bedrooms, both with ensuite, and one of the bedrooms has a balcony with a little breakfast table and chairs. Security also seems good. Thank you for our stay, Anna, and hopefully see you again :)

Contro: All was good, slightly strange assortment of cutlery, and could do with a spare blanket in the bedrooms for the winter, but just small details.

Pro: The apartment is located in the city center, surrounded by plenty of fantastic restaurants. Anna is a wonderful host – she helped us with everything, gave us lots of useful tips, and always replied to messages immediately. The apartment is very charming, clean, and has everything you need. An additional advantage is the rooftop terrace with a beautiful panoramic view of the city. I highly recommend this place and I would gladly come back again:) Thank you very much Anna!

Contro: Although the unit was clean, it was in disrepair. Plaster on walls was crumbling Shower head was broken. Wand ok Additional charges over and above what was confirmed on booking.com for reasons I still do not understand

Pro: we had a very good stay at the apartment overall, the hosts are very kind and welcoming. the location is fantastic, super close to the historical city centre, but also 25minutes away from the train station, and yet it's still quiet and peaceful at night, there are lots of small shops and restaurants nearby. air conditioning works perfectly and doesn't make that much noise and there's no smell (which is always a concern during the summer when the AC has to be on a lot). the apartment is very clean and all the amenities in the bathroom have good water pressure. we didn't use the terrace a lot but when we did, it was very pleasant.

Contro: - we knew about the elevator being tiny and slow (read other reviews) so this is not a complaint as much as an FYI for other people: if you choose the 1-room apartment, you need the elevator to get to the terrace and it is quite tricky because of its size, but doable. it is a shared terrace, so sometimes there was already somebody there and we couldn't use it, but it's not a big deal overall - a few kitchen appliances could use and upgrade potentially (coffee maker, juicer) - the paint in the bathroom is peeling off on the ceiling in a few places (it's a minor thing and doesn't really affect the overall comfort of using the bathroom)

A great apartment in the heart of the city.

Pro: The apartment is centrally located, very clean and quiet. The bathroom was very comfortable, and there are plenty of dishes and glasses in the kitchen. There was olive oil, perhaps from previous guests, and sugar.I loved drinking my morning coffee on the balcony and enjoying the silence and the swallows. There is a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, two TVs and two air conditioners. I felt very cozy in this place.There were also beach umbrellas.

Contro: For eight nights, there were 2 and a half rolls of toilet paper and some coffee capsules left in the apartment. The Bialetti coffee maker was damaged (we couldn't use it). We made coffee, for which I had to buy a strainer (we couldn't find it in the kitchen). The umbrella on the terrace the roof was broken and the chairs neglected so we only visited once.The keys with the card are not convenient, if one stays alone in the apartment, the other goes out, the one in the apartment has no electricity.However, I give it a 10 because we had a good time and were very comfortable.

Pro: Great location, Anna is very friendly host. Roof terrace offers great view of historical Catania.
