Pro: Appartamento confortevole e spazioso (noi siamo stati tranquillamente in 5), posizione centrale, disponibilità di parcheggio vicino all'appartamento (garage privato o strisce blu o bianche), aria condizionata, letti confortevoli, pulizia, bagno spazioso e ben attrezzato, qualcosina per spuntino/colazione (fette biscottate acqua, caffé e marmellatine), terrazza, host disponibile

Contro: Unico neo la posizione al 4° piano senza ascensore (specificato in fase di prenotazione)

Pro: Molto comodo avere una terrazza in centro,ottimo l'aria condizionata la casa è luminosa.

Contro: Assente l'ascensore, ma ripara la posizione a 5 minuti ti trovi in via etnea solo questo è negativo fare le scale.....

Pro: Appartamento confortevole, in zona centralissima. Host molto disponibile. Lo consiglio

Pro: L'appartamento molto carino, comodo e pulito. La colazione non abbondante basterebbe integrare qualche biscotto o anche qualche cialda per il caffè in più. Il bagno top...la doccia è fantastica Il terrazzino merasviglioso

Contro: le scale molto ripide... purtroppo non viene specificato al momento della prenotazione che l'appartamento si trova all'ultimo piano di un vecchio palazzo senza ascensore

Pro: Near Marked and Supermarket and Via Etna. Good neighborhood. The host Was helpfull via Whats App. Space for 5 Peoples. See the fireworks on the feast of St. agata from the Window.

Contro: We took a bad way to the apartment from main busstop and crossed a neighborhood between theatro massimo and the apartment.Avoid going there!Better stay on the mainroads ore via etna. The View from the sleeping room is good, but to see the vulcano you need to put the head out of the Window. The Inverter and the other electricity heater is not the best option to heat, but was ok.

Pro: It is just 5 minutes from a metro station and quite close to the city center. There are a few stores near the metro station. It is spacious apartment with a nice terrace. It was very comfortable to stay there.

Pro: Excellent location and the host was always prepared to help. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. We loved the stairs.

Perfect apartment for visiting Catania!

Pro: My friends and I loved this apartment and we highly recommend it! Location is great, just a few minutes away (on foot) from the old town. If you travel by car (or rent one), there is a very big private (and affordable) parking lot two minutes away. The apartment is very nice and clean and it had everything we needed for a short stay. It also has a very nice terrace, which is a welcomed bonus for smokers! 😅 The communication with the host was also great. I would definitely stay there again!

Pro: The apartment is located in an older building, with an inner courtyard, on the top floor (4). Check-in is easy. The open terrace is a strong point of the apartment because here you can enjoy your coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. You will find everything you need in the apartment: bed linen, towels, toiletries, dishes, pods with coffee, tea, cereals, milk and water. The host is very kind, providing all the information over the phone. The apartment is 5-10 minutes from the historic center and the bus station where you take the buses for the airport, Taormina, Siracusa, etc.

Contro: In general, everything was very good. True, there are many stairs to climb, but I knew about them from the beginning. The area where the apartment is located is not exactly the cleanest, but that is not up to the owner. There are also many immigrants in the area, but we did not feel unsafe. As a piece of advice for the future, a little more attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the apartment.
