Pro: Tony è stato un host simpatico, cordiale, amichevole e che si è preso cura di noi per assicurarsi che ci sentissimo a casa. E che casa! L'appartamento è bellissimo, con una vista meravigliosa su un porticciolo, arredato con gusto, con stanze ampie e ben fornite. Tutte camere da letto con il bagno privato, pulitissime e con letti e cuscini super comodi, e tutte con aria condizionata. La zona living cucina/soggiorno è davvero spaziosa, con una stazione per la colazione con tutto l'occorrente per fare caffè e tisane e merendine per la colazione. Tony è stato così gentile da portarci un omaggio di pasticceria davvero molto gradito! Siamo stati a Catania 3 giorni per lavoro ma Tony è riuscito a farci sentire un po' a casa, un po' in vacanza, con la sua simpatia, cordialità, voglia di aiutare, disponibilità. Consiglio senza se e senza ma questo appartamento per le vostre vacanze o per i vostri viaggi di lavoro. Grazie Tony!

Fantastico
Pro: Bellissimo appartamento con stanze grandi e luminose. Perfetto per trascorrere un weekend ma anche una vacanza lunga con famiglia al seguito. Pulizia impeccabile e vista sul mare di Catania. Il proprietario è un ragazzo gentilissimo e disponibile, che sa dare indicazioni sulle necessità degli ospiti. Un luogo in cui ritornare

Super consigliato
Pro: Appartamento nuovo ed enorme che si affaccia letteralmente sul mare. A pochi minuti a piedi da ristoranti e servizi del porto. Pulizia impeccabile, spazi enormi e tutto di qualità. A disposizione una grande cucina attrezzata. Parcheggio libero sotto casa. L'host Tony una marcia in più per gentilezza e disponibilità.

Pro: Our host Tony was very welcoming and hospitable and gave us lots of helpful tips on what to see and do during our stay. The apartments are exceptionally clean, well equipped and in a convenient and safe location.

Great apartment with amazing view and friendly host
Pro: The location, the view and the apartment were very nice. beds were comfy, everything was clean and we had everything we needed. On top of that, Tony the host was extremely friendly and attentive, gave us great recommendations and made us feel very welcomed in Catania. We 100% recommend this apartment.

Pro: The view from the property is superb..the rooms were super clean. The host was the best part of the property.., he was super helpful.. even after we left the property. He gave us great suggestions for places to eat in Cefalu.. he acted more like a friend than a host.. thank you. The special Gift he got was an added special touch

Spacy, lovely apartment away from heavy tourist traffic
Pro: The appartment is located in the outskirts of Catania, facing the sea, just by a small rocky beach. It' new, spacious, pristine clean. The kitchen, which separated from the bedrooms by a common staircase, has all you need for your comfortable stay. Good restaurants, coffee bars and supermarket are 10 mins walking distance. We enjoyed the beach ( lovely, bit wild, but also bit dirty), breakfast in Quaranta coffe bar (best granita pistacchio ever) and long walks along the promenade at sunsets (best views on Etna ever). Tony is a perfect host- took care of all we need. Thank you🌺. Last but not least thr cofee in tha apartment is to die for, we misss it very much😎.
Contro: As the location is perfect by the day (we didn't rented the car, but it's rcommended), at nights was very noisy. The beach is a place of nightime partying, so sleeping with your windows open is impossible. There is nothing the owner can do about it, so we decided to embrace it as part of the local flavor.

Pro: Tony was an excellent host in every way. There to welcome us and show us around the rooms. Very responsive to our questions before and during our brief stay. Some very good restaurants and bakery nearby. The rooms were very spacious and clean. There was coffee, cakes, chocolates left for us. Excellent value for money. Tony booked a taxi and a restaurant for us.
