Pro: Comodo alloggio situato a due passi dal Monastero dei Benedettini di San Nicolò l'Arena. Facilità di parcheggio in strada nei paraggi. Da consigliare.

Best place in Sicily, I truly reccomend

Pro: Well equipped apartment with huge spaces. We lived the style of the house. It was very clean and nice. You can use the AC for heating and cooling too.

A very nice stay in Catania!

Pro: The property is situated very near to the city center, on the ground floor of an old building, it is newly renovated. There are restaurants nearby, there are parking spots on the street, the area looked safe. The apartment is very nice decorated, we felt very comfortable, there are all amenities needed. It was very clean. The property was very easy to find, the check in was very fast, using codes for the main entrance and for the room. The host was very kind and helpful, we received all information we needed.

Contro: There is noise from the street but not too much and also it was noise inside the building from the water pump I think. For the second day we were given vouchers for breakfast but the cafeteria was closed.

Great location and highly recommended

Pro: The property was very clean and cozy with everything you can think about at hand, from iron to amenities, coffee machine, cutlery, washing machine, lots of fresh towels, umbrellas etc. The property is located near a school, so considered a safe area. Lots of free parking spots on the street. The owner very kind and helpful at all times.

Pro: Great location, very welcoming hosts although I did not meet them, the place is exactly as in the photos, all facilities for a comfortable stay are available! Do not hesitate to book the place!
