Pro: Appartamento molto accogliente, pulitissimo, nuovo e con tanti comfort e attenzioni da parte del proprietario, una persona gentilissima che si è subito messa a nostra disposizione per aiutarci a risolvere un problema con Il noleggio della macchina. Check-in/out molto smart. Consigliatissimo

Contro: Forse ci è mancata un po' la luce del sole, ma l'accoglienza dell'appartamento compensava questa mancanza

Good for short stays in Catania

Pro: Well equipped and clean, has a terrace, location is pretty close to the city center, there are stores and tourist attractions in the proximity.

Contro: Doesn’t have much natural light, the rooms aren’t isolated, the neighbourhood is a bit sketchy

I want to go back to that place and have this experience with my family again!

Pro: First of all i want to say that Enzo was there for us to reply to anything we asked and give us information about restaurants and places to visit. The neighbourhood is 7 minutes walk away from Piazza Duomo and really close to Teatro Bellini by feet. The house has everything renewed and is extremely clean!!!

Pro: Comfortabele bed en kussens, moderne inrichting. De keuken was compleet.

Pro: Čisté ubytovanie za výbornú cenu. Parkovanie priamo pri ubytovaní v uličke. Dve izby, kuchynka, predsieň. Aj WC a kúpeľňa samozrejme.

Contro: Ubytovanie má spoločný vysoký stop a tak počuť z iných častí ubytovania všetky zvuky. Ale nie je to zásadný problém.

Pro: Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hat hervorragend geklappt. Glücklicherweise befindet sich die Unterkunft ( stand heute) nicht in der ZTL, wichtig wenn man mit Auto anreist. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gesichert, mit einem extra Tor und einer sehr stabilen Tür. Das hat uns gleich ein gutes Gefühl vermittelt. Es ist sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Großes Plus ist die Wäscheleine. Es gibt auch eine große Terrasse. Das große Bett ist sehr bequem. Im anderen Zimmer befindet sich ein weiteres Bett, das ist wohl eher für Kinder geeignet. Die Matratze davon verrutscht.

Contro: Wenn man mit einer dritten Person anreist, sollte man sich darauf einstellen, dass man keine Privatsphäre hat. Es sind zwar zwei getrennte Zimmer aber die sind nach oben offen und die Decke ist hoch, das bedeutet man hört alles und wenn die Person im anderen Zimmer aufs Handy schaut, dann ist das Licht auch im anderen Zimmer. Das hätte ich lieber vorher gewusst.

Fantasztikus elhelyezkedésű lakás.

Pro: A házigazda nagyon segítőkész volt, minden információt átadott. A bejelentkezés gyors és gördülékeny volt. A lakás tiszta, kényelmes, jól felszerelt. Természetes napfény nem sok jut be a lakásba, de mivel napközben kirándultunk és csak éjszakára mentünk vissza a szállásra, így nem volt zavaró. A központi busz- és vonatállomástól pár perc sétára van a lakás.
