Accoglienza calorosa, simpatia, posizione centralissima: altamente consigliabile

Pro: Siamo stati ricevuti da Giulia: sorridente, felice di accoglierci, piena di premure, ci ha messi a nostro agio. Ci ha inviato tutte le informazioni che nel soggirono di 3 giorni ci sono stati indispensabili, soprattutto per i ristoranti consigliati. Tutti consigli che si sono rivelati ottimi. Ho avuto bisogno di un paio di forbicine, che non si possono portare in aereo, al ritorno in camera le ho trovate a disposizione nuove.

Contro: All'arrivo, stanchi, siamo rimasti perplessi per i due piani di scale ripide da percorrere, entro un palazzo che appariva vecchio e malandato. Ben presto abbiamo preso confidenza con i diversi pulsanti per aprire porte e cancelli, e al disagio iniziale è subentrato il fascino di un palazzo antico, riportato a un uso moderno da Giulia, che abbiamo alla fine scoperto essere un architetto, che ha trovato ottime soluzioni di abitabilità e confort. C'è un ascensore già predisposto ma ancora non attivo che faciliterà l'ingresso dei futuri ospiti.

Pro: Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno coccolati da Giulia che con la sua cura e i suoi preziosi consigli ha reso la nostra vacanza indimenticabile

Pro: Palazzo storico proprio attaccato al teatro Bellini Appartamento appena ristrutturato e dotato di tutti i comfort. Posizione centralissima, 5 minuti a piedi si arriva ovunque in centro. Il dieci è per Giulia, proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile. Consigliatissimo. Torneremo.

Pro: La posizione accanto il Teatro Massimo Bellini è impagabile,, la struttura arredata con un gusto unico e la squisita cortesia è disponibilità di Giulia hanno reso il soggiorno perfetto

Pro: Location, old building with high ceilings and fantastic views combined with modern bathroom.

Contro: Nothing not to like.

Pro: Room very comfortable, host super kind, Good setup and clean. You are in a ancient palace in Catania city center.

Contro: The palace in the stairs would need some refurbishment but the apartment is absolutely clean

Wonderful apartment, highly recommended.

Pro: We had a fabulous time at Giulia’s property. Wonderful barock building, beautiful apartment, tastefully renovated and furnished. Location is as central as it gets in Catania. Giulia is extremely attentive and accommodating host. Beds are comfortable and everything was spotless clean.

Contro: We only had positive impressions and experience in this apartment. We missed nothing.

Wonderful accomodation with a wonderful host

Pro: The location is excellent — very close to the city center, yet on a quiet square — and the proximity to the Teatro Massimo Bellini adds a unique and pleasant touch to the stay. The owner was exceptionally kind and attentive, providing helpful tourist information and thoughtful little gifts that made us feel truly welcome. The apartment is comfortable and nicely spacious, with a separate bedroom and living area, making it easy to relax.

An absolute gem! Romantic, right next to the opera.

Pro: Such an incredible gem!! This is one of those rare places that stays with you long after you leave. Set in a historic building with high ceilings, original details, and lovingly restored furnishings. With a quiet elegance throughout. The balcony is unforgettable: coffee in the morning right next to the opera house statues, and in the evening you can watch the elegant opera goers stroll. There is an intimate, cinematic romance here, exactly what you come to Sicily hoping to find. Giulia is a warm and wonderful host who makes the apartment feel like a true home. If we are ever coming back to Catania, we will stay here again!

Pro: Very nice decorated apartment aside of one of the nicest squares of Catania. Very helpful and friendly host. Walking distance to piazza Duomo. The apartment adds a special flavour to our stay in Catania and we would not doubt to return.
