CITTÀ MARE

Pro: Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort, in una bellissima posizione, molto servita, a piedi si trova tutto senza bisogno di prendere la macchina,persino il mare a 2 passi. La signora Caterina molto gentile e disponibile,ci siamo trovati benissimo, sicuramente torneremo.

Ottimo soggiorno

Pro: Appartamento molto spazioso con ampio soggiorno, due camere da letto, cucina, bagno e ripostiglio. La vista mare era piacevole, così come la zona davvero ben collegata ai servizi essenziali. Mi ha fatto piacere soggiornare qui a Catania, ho apprezzato ciò che la città offre.

Contro: La poca esposizione al sole può mantenere la casa particolarmente fredda. Consiglio di prestare attenzione alla stanza con il condizionatore posizionato a terra: il tubo è collegato alla finestra creando un passaggio d'aria fredda, ma azionando il condizionatore si può scaldare bene l'ambiente.

Philoxenia in Catania- we will come back

Pro: We found a gem in Catania. Absolutely the best stay that we could possible have. Veranda, good views, spacious, extra comfortable beds and sofas, clean, with all the amenities. Located in a safe area, by the beach and parking lots around as well.

Super cool

Pro: Excellent location! Public transportation at hand, Tris Bar sensational, excellent Limone Al Limone at the stand near the church, 5 minutes walk to reach the seaside trattorias, COOP supermarket at 3 minutes walking range, LIDL a little further - 700 m walk.

Contro: 3 things that no host can controll: - humidity over 80% - street noise 24/7 - general garbage/trash/filth on the streets and a specific odor generated by it.

The building was nice, clean and quiet. We didn’t have any problem about noise we left. We had nice and quiet place like

Contro: Was good area and was close to the center of the city I went to the market was pleasant

Pro: The location was in the centre of many shops,and the apartment was comfortable,even though our son uses a wheelchair,some how we managed.

Contro: The noise of cars,to busy ,barking of a dog of neighbour for a long time,and windows and doors on the main road weren't,double glaze,so we cannot sleep well at night.

Our stay in Catania was wonderful. The people are very friendly and always ready to help

Pro: We had a fantastic stay! Giuseppe, the man who met us, was incredibly helpful and spoke English, so we got all the information we needed. The apartment was very comfortable and located in a quiet area close to the sea. It was also very clean and smelled wonderful. Highly recommend!

Contro: There was some confusion during the check-in process, and we couldn't reach the host by phone, but everything was on time in the end. We couldn't find the coffee machine that was listed in the booking, but it wasn't a big deal because there's an amazing patisserie nearby. The only issue we had was with the toilet flush not working, but we managed to handle it.

Pro: I really enjoyed my stay at these apartments. They are very cozy and have everything needed for a long-term stay. The large terrace was a wonderful bonus, perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The location is excellent — close to everything and very convenient. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Pro: Mieszkanie przerosło moje oczekiwania! Jest przestronne, świetnie wyposażone – szczególnie w akcesoria kuchenne – i niezwykle komfortowe. Lokalizacja okazała się idealna: przepiękny widok na kościół i morze z balkonu, a do tego bliskość sklepu oraz głównego nadmorskiego pasażu. Kontakt z właścicielem był rewelacyjny – szybkie i życzliwe odpowiedzi na każdą wiadomość. Z przyjemnością tu wrócę i z całego serca polecam to miejsce innym!

Pro: Gazda prietenoasă, apartamentul curat , priveliștea de pe terasa este magnifică.Multumim!
