A special and magnificent property

Pro: The location is perfect! The apartment is spacious and very bright. Meticulous artistic restoration. The ceilings are spectacular and the apartment contains many artistic details. A feeling of living inside an ancient and restored apartment. A real museum! Vanessa is a wonderful host, pleasant, kind and warm. Thank you Vanessa!

Contro: I wish there was an elevator and a kitchenette for a long stay.

Location, location, location

Pro: If you want to be in the heart of the action, this place is for you. It's two blocks from the main square and two blocks from the airport bus. The owner is incredibly welcoming and helpful. She lives right next door and gave us good suggestions for places to eat nearby. She texted often to make sure we were having a nice stay and even shared her pizza from her son's birthday party. We stayed on a Friday night and the neighborhood was loud. I wore earplugs and had no trouble sleeping. But, that is the price you pay to be in the middle of the action. We only had 1.5 days in Catania and walked everywhere to see everything and the location of the apartment made this easier. Most importantly, walking out the door and being on the bus back to the airport in 5 minutes was awesome. So easy.

Contro: Nothing. We knew about the noise from other reviews so were prepared.

Pro: Everything was really fantastic. The apartment is the best one i’ve ever stayed. The location was breathtaking. However, best thing about my stay was the host lady!! She was sooo helpful and kind. The best of best!!!i dont know how to thank her more. I definitely will stay there again for my next visit to catania

Magnificent apartment in city center

Pro: Excellent apartment in city center, everything was perfect, big flat, very romantic and clean place, comfortable bed. Location nearby main square, all in city center in walk distance. There are many restaurants and cafe around. Historical building was bull in 18 century. We have spent 4 nights there. In small kitchen is coffee maker and tea equipment. Vanessa, apartment owner, was very friendly, she answered all our question and recommended us good restaurants and place for visiting. She is every time on cell phone for helping 😀. Down stairs near main building entrance is located small cafe for good breakfast. There is bus stop in front of apartment for transport to airport. Vanessa thank you once more for perfect holiday in your apartment.

Contro: Very short holiday, we hope for returning.

Well located, big and clean apartment

Pro: Very good location in the old town and 2 min walk from the airport bus stop. The apartment was absolutely huge, clean and comfortable. Didn't meet the host (Vanessa) but she was easy to communicate with.

Contro: Traffic noise could be loud as apartment overlooks the main street but ear plugs supplied for a good night's sleep. Wifi signal is weak in some parts of the big apartment.

I enjoyed the apartment more than Catania

Pro: Everything was perfect! I spend more time at this apparment then i expected because it was so comfortable and beautifful!

Contro: Very poor wi-fi's signal
