Pro: Confermo pienamente tutte le ottime recensioni lette in precedenza. La posizione è perfetta: a pochi minuti a piedi dalla metro Cibali, ben collegata con il centro, ma in una zona tranquilla e servita da bar e negozi. Comodissimo anche per chi arriva in auto: ho sempre trovato parcheggio pubblico gratuito proprio di fronte all’ingresso del palazzo. Gli ambienti sono spaziosi e luminosi, con balcone. L’atmosfera è calda e accogliente, ci si sente subito come a casa. L’appartamento è impeccabilmente pulito, ordinato e curato nei minimi dettagli. È fornito di tutto il necessario – e anche di più – dalla cucina completa agli elettrodomestici, fino a graditi dettagli come caffè, tè, acqua e snack di benvenuto. Il letto è grande e comodissimo, il bagno spazioso e dotato di ogni comfort. Check-in e check-out “fai da te” semplicissimi. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero imbattibile. Non posso che consigliare vivamente questa struttura. Un ringraziamento speciale alla proprietaria.

Contro: We needed to clean the balcony everyday because of bird droppings. There were no knives for cutting, only table knives. Cooking pans were of low quality

Just perfect!
Pro: We had a perfect stay in this apartman which is very cozy, well-equipped and has a very good vibe. The location is perfect regarding public transportation, shopping, or just a nice coffee. We are very grateful for the host who was very kind, informative on all our questions, and available 0-24. It was a very good choice to stay here, I recommend it to everyone!

Gepflegte wunderbare Wohnung in guter Lage
Pro: Die saubere, helle und gepflegte Wohnung war in einem tadellosen Zustand. Valeria, die Vermieterin, hatte an alles gedacht, sogar daran, dass wir unser Gepäck nach der Umbuchung unseres Fluges auf den Abend dort lassen konnten. Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig in der Nähe der Metro. Verschiedene Geschäfte und eine gute Pizzeria befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ich kann diese Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen und danke Valeria herzlich.
Contro: Ein Toaster wäre noch eine Bereicherung.

Pro: Dobrze wyposażone, czyste i przyjemne mieszkanie. Nie było problemów z parkowaniem.

Great stay here. We would stay here again!
Pro: We used this as our base location for taking day trips. It was convenient to the highways despite heavy morning traffic. We loved the apartment which met all of our needs and was very clean, comfortable and modern. The apartment had a lovely bakery, pizzeria, and supermarket nearby. Balcony view is also a nice view of the cityscape.
Contro: Nothing really. There is street parking, which was tight in the evening along a busy street, but we were also happy to have parking!

Pro: El apartamento es muy cómodo, tiene muchos detalles y no le falta de nada, te sientes como en casa. Pero el punto más positivo ha sido la terraza que recorre todas las dependencias del apartamento, esto hace que tenga mucha luz y que desde cualquier habitación puedas disfrutar de unas vistas maravillosas. Otro punto a favor es el del aparcamiento gratuito. En nuestro caso todos los días ( estuvimos 5) pudimos aparcar enfrente de la entrada al edificio.
Contro: El apartamento está bien situado para salir desde Catania a diferentes lugares y se puede ir al centro andando en 40 minutos, el problema es que en la mayor parte del recorrido no hay aceras, las calles son bastante estrechas y tienes que compartir espacio con el abundante tráfico de Catania
