Contro: Il parcheggio è impossibile in serata data la movida sottostante.

Un'ottima sistemazione per un soggiorno di più giorni a Catania tra arte e gastronomia !
Pro: Posizione centralissima a pochi passi dal Castello Ursino intorno al quale si trovano numerosi bar e ristoranti di cucina tipica. A piedi si può visitare facilmente tutto il centro storico di Catania. Le camere sono spaziose e ,essendo al secondo piano, silenziose pur trovandosi al centro.
Contro: Manca una macchinetta moka per il caffè !

Pro: The property's location is highly advantageous, situated near the city center. The apartments are well-equipped, providing all necessary amenities for comfortable living. Our eleven-night stay was entirely satisfactory.
Contro: We should get a bunch of little stuff, like dish soap, mops, trash bags, and toilet paper.

Pro: The apartment is very spacious and in an excellent location. Well equipped and easy to access. Bed is comfortable and since there were 3 of us, it was useful that we had 2 bathrooms. I would recommend it!
Contro: Well, not that we didn't like, but we got only one set of towels and we were there for 5 nights. There is a washing machine, but it would be more comfortable if we hadn't had to use it. Also, the cooker runs on gas, so check weather the bottle is full (we ran out of gas day after we arrived).

Pro: Lokalizacja- blisko centrum, duża przestrzeń - dla 2 osób wręcz za dużo wyposażenie mieszkania - sprzęt do prania, prasowania, gotowania, pieczenia, podgrzewania, do fitnessu ( bieżnia i małe ciężarki), duże okna co nie jest wcale oczywiste w centrum Catanii, dobry i szybki kontakt z obsługą.
Contro: Pozostawione w szfladach różne stare rzeczy niektore zapomniane przez gości inne to mało przydatne starocie. Odpływ z jednego z pryszniców był mało drożny, a spłuczka oprócz zwykłego spłukiwania ciągle przelewała wode- marnotrawstwo. Brakowało nam w kuchni gąbki czy ścierki. W aplikacji jest informacja o zmywarce - niestety takowej nie znaleźliśmy w mieszkaniu - wprowadzenie w błąd klienta, proszę uaktualnić. Brak odkurzacza a szczotka do zamiatania stara i wypadała z trzonka co utrudnia pozostawienie w czystości mieszkania po wyjeździe . Poduszki na kanapie jak i mały koc wymagają regularnego odświeżania.

Haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! :-)
Pro: Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Kontakt zur Agentur. Die Wohnung war geräumig und gut eingerichtet, liegt sehr zentral.
Contro: ein paar Dinge haben gefehlt (Geschirrtuch, Küchenrolle, 2. ordentlicher Kaffeebecher). Aber kein Grund zur Aufregung, das waren nur Kleinigkeiten. Sauberkeit war durchschnittlich. Parken schwierig (Mietwagen), da Parklizenzbereich. Außerhalb davon kein einziger freier Platz und die nächste Parkgarage weit entfernt (ich kann derzeit nicht weit laufen)

Clean, comfortable, and convenient location
Pro: The location was excellent, literally steps from the amazing Castello Ursino, and the apartment was HUGE! It wasn't very fancy or aesthetic, but one thing that struck me - my grandparents were from Sicily but lived in the US, and walking into this apartment really reminded me of going to their house, homey, not \
Contro: Check in was pretty nerve-wracking arriving on a late flight, getting a taxi, and waiting to meet a stranger in a narrow dark unfamiliar street with a locked door. Once inside, everything was fine and Raf was helpful. The lighting situation could have been better. Some lights didn't work or were hard to find in windowless hallways. Finally, the trash situation was confusing (for an American unaccustomed to Italian trash systems). If I were living here, I'm sure I'd figure it out, but for guests staying only a couple days, it might be better to just let the proprietors take out the trash on the proper day in the proper bag in the proper colored bin.
