Ottima esperienza

Pro: L'appartamento è davvero molto spazioso e luminoso, con un bel salone-sala da pranzo, due camere, di cui una ampissima, e due bagni completi. Si trova a pochi passi dal corso Italia, la strada più elegante di Catania, ed è molto vicino a due fermate della metro, che permettono di raggiungere facilmente il centro storico. Il quartiere è uno dei preferiti dai catanesi e non é frequentato dai turisti, per cui si trovano ottimi bar-pasticcerie, dove mangiare granite, arancini e altre prelibatezze di qualità. Lo stesso per i negozi in cui fare la spesa di tutti i giorni. Il mare è vicino. L'appartamento è tranquillo e ben arredato. L'accoglienza è stata ottima, come pure il contatto con l'agenzia.

Pro: Appartamento pulito, spazioso, ben arredato, con due bagni. Buona posizione vicino a un viale ricco di commerci e vicino ad una stazione della metro per andare nel centro storico che dista circa un quarto d'ora a piedi.

Contro: Stoviglie, posate e pentole carenti in cucina. Tre cucchiaini per quattro persone, abbiamo dovuto chiedere una teglia per il forno perché non prevista.

Pro: Location is perfect, very close to the train and bus stations, apartment is very spacy, it was very comfortable for 4 persons, the kitchen is well-equipped.

Contro: The shower in one of the bathrooms was broken. In the second bathroom there was only very hot water, and water draining was very poor.

Pro: The apartment was beautiful. It was really large and with 3 balconies. The building is beautiful and quiet. It has an elevator so you can easily access the apartment. The area is nice and pretty safe. There are small shops and a Lidl nearby. Close to the train station and main bus stations. There are several restaurants less than 5 min away. There is also a pizza place from where you can get the best takeaway pizza. The beds were comfortable and large. There is plenty of wardrobe space available. All furniture was new. The place was well-decorated and cosy. The owner was really nice and accomodated to all of our needs as fast as possible. We had a great time and can't wait to come back.

Contro: When taking over the apartment, there were some problems related to cleanliness that were fixed after a discussion with the host.

Pro: Huge apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, we had everything we needed. About 15 min walk from the centre

Contro: Parking is on the street. We always found free parking (it’s payable in the blue lines and free where there’s no lines) but I see how it might be problematic in the peak season

Pro: Apartamento Muy buena ubicación muy limpio, excelente estadía .. regresaré !!!!

Pro: El apartamento muy agradable limpio , grande cómodo , buena iluminación, excelente ubicación transporte público alado

Pro: Duże i przestronne mieszkanie, duży balkon i bardzo blisko do fajnej kawiarni. Ładna i bogato wyposażona kuchnia. W pobliżu dużo sklepów, m.in. Lidl. Do centrum na nogach jakieś 25 min.

Contro: Brak uprzedzenia o piecu grzewczym (woda), który trzeba było zrestartować, aby leciała ciepła woda. Pościel i łóżka mocno zużyte, trochę wyglądały na zaniedbane (np. poplamiona pościel). Uszkodzona roleta, której nie dało się podnieść lub opuścić. Ciężko o miejsce parkingowe w okolicy.

Jeżeli ktoś szuka dużego, wygodnego apartamentu poza ścisłym centrum Katanii to jest to idealne miejsce.

Große Wohnug aber weit vom Zentrum

Pro: Uns hat die Größe, die zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer sehr gefallen. Die Küche mit Essbereich war auch super.

Contro: In einer Dusche war viel Schimmel in den Ecken und der Duschkopf gebrochen. Auch nach dreimaligem Hinweis an die Agentur passierte nichts.
