Contro: Al di là del palazzo non in buone condizioni anche l’appartamento necessiterebbe di un po’ di manutenzione. nulla di grave comunque

Great location

Pro: Great location. Very big - we had sole use - perfect for a girls trip. Bens were comfy and 2 bathrooms very spacious.

Pro: Everything was lovely! Sara made checkin very easy, she gave us keys and so many great recommendations - for restaurants, beaches in Catania and also nearby. We loved the apartment, it was much bigger than expected from photos and very nice - comfortable rooms, nice kitchen, extra area for sitting, 2 separate bathrooms and many many cute balconies. The area of the apartment is great, close to the center with many bars and restaurants but not in the noisy neiborhood.

Pro: Perfect location, very central. Sara and Chiara were very helpful and available.

Brilliant location in Old town Catania

Pro: Immaculately clean and very spacious. Super flexible as you can rent the whole apartment as we did or by room depending on your requirements / availability. Loved the location in old town Catania with views of Etna. We could walk everywhere. Surrounded by wonderful coffee and cocktail bars, trattorias and pizzerias. Our host was so helpful, even coming out late on Saturday night to check us into the property. Would definitely return.

Contro: Central location meant traffic was noisy but that's the price you pay for convenience.

Pro: Apartment is huge in general. Close to city center and shopping. Having 2 bathrooms is very practical for 5 pax.

Contro: The building is very old but it's normal in Italy , so no problem.

Great value, great location,spacious accomodations, with dated furniture and floor coverings.

Pro: When we first arrived we wondered. The building is old but is in a good location for shopping of all types. When we got into the apartment the furniture is a little dated but the apartment was clean. Bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms all clean. The apartment is large with several beds we didn't use. The WiFi was good. We didn't use the TVs but there is one in every room. We were there during rainy days but we were able to set the temperature of each room to our liking. Some like it warmer than others so we were all very comfortable. The value is great. We just came from athe Marriott in Naples and the rooms there were very nice but we couldn't move around with our luggage. Luggage wasn't a problem here there is plenty of room to move around.

Contro: Every place has it cons. But honestly we were comfortable in a clean environment. I think some people would be put off by the older floor coverings and maybe the beds. They weren't like our beds at home but they were ok.

Pro: It was a great location. A lot of restaurants and shopping nearby. The host was very helpful and checked up on us to ensure everything was good.
