Pro: Appartamento luminoso e spazioso, con terrazzino privato. Presente una macchinetta per il caffè con le relative cialde. Arredamento moderno e funzionale.
Contro: Gli accessori del bagno eccessivamente economici e, pertanto, poco affidabili e richiedenti manutenzione continua, che qui manca.

Pro: Appartamento meraviglioso all'ultimo piano di palazzina ristrutturata. Bellissima terrazza privata con affaccio sui tetti di Catania. A 10 minuti a piedi dal Duomo. Carina l'idea del buono giornaliero per fare colazione.
Contro: Forse aggiungerei un paio di bicchieri e calici in più, Il resto tutto perfetto

Pro: I really enjoyed my stay in this perfectly located studio in Catania—close to the city centre yet tucked away on a quiet back street. I especially loved spending the cool evenings on the terrace. The studio was clean and felt very safe, with the added bonus of access to a laundry room. The host was very helpful and made everything easy, which added to the comfort of my stay. A great self-contained place for a comfortable visit!

Pro: This room is near center of Catania, within walking distance of city Center. It's easy to find and get around to it. Room is comfortable and with good amenities, great shower, a nice little private terrace and overall a comfortable stay.

Book it now - don’t wonder
Pro: We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment! The location is perfect—set in a quiet area just a 5-minute walk from the main street. The accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hairdryer was great, there was always warm water, and we really appreciated the laundry room. There are plenty of shops, cafes, and bakeries just around the corner. Communication with Francesco was excellent throughout our stay. One of our favorite parts was the lovely terrace where we enjoyed our coffee every morning, and the neighbors were incredibly sweet. The locking system also felt very secure, making the whole house feel safe and welcoming. Highly recommended!
Contro: These aren’t really complaints—more like friendly suggestions, as comfort can be quite personal. An umbrella for the terrace would be a nice addition, as it gets quite hot there even in the morning. We loved having the Bialetti coffee machine, but it would be helpful to have a couple of sample capsules available, as we initially bought the wrong type and later learned only Bialetti capsules work. Lastly, the holder for the small shower wasn’t functioning, so it would be great if that could be fixed for future guests. Overall, a wonderful stay and we’d definitely come back!

Very good and an excellent location.
Pro: Location is very good, just a few minutes walk to the centre of town. There is no breakfast served on site, but you get tokens for a croissant & coffee at an excellent café right by the Duomo (10 minutes walk). This apartment is on the top floor (lots of steps) with a nice outside bit with table and chairs. Everything is quite new. Keys are easy to access. Good communication with the manager.
Contro: Soap dispenser was empty in the bathroom - no problem as we brought our own. Shower head doesn't stay up unless you have lots of water pressure going through it. Again, not a huge problem, it's very good and hot.
