Pro: L'appartamento e' stato ristrutturato di recente , e' molto luminoso e confortevole. La cucina e' bene attrezzata .Inoltre,aspetto importantissimo per me, e' a 10 minuti da piazza Duomo e da tutte le principali attrazioni di Catania. Un'altra cosa che mi ha favorevolmente colpito e' la pulizia della struttura.Top

Pro: The communication with the owner was awesome, he has advanced english so everything was super clear. The selfcheckin was easy and the location is fine and very close to the city center. We had great holidays. Thanks a lot for everything!

Clean and comfy
Pro: The accommodation was clean and the bed comfortable. We had everything we needed at our disposal. The owner was very friendly and helpful, he contacted us via WhatsApp before our arrival and explained everything. The only minor minus is the location, at first we were surprised how nice accommodation is hidden in such a district. But after three days in Catania, we found out that this is how the whole city looks like :) But of course we felt safe. We thank the owner and recommend this accommodation.

very recommended, exceptional apartment
Pro: this apartment is fully equipped, renovated, modern, lovely furnishings! very good mattress and pillows! the covered terrace was my favorite place, watching the starry sky and the nightly fireworks! not far from the center in a very local area, all the necessary nice local stores around the corner! a few minutes into the center to Dome place and fishmarket. i can highly recommend this apartment! the landlord is very friendly and helpful and always available! i enjoyed my stay of 12 days very much. thank you!

Pro: The host is helpful, and kind:) everything went great, communication was easy and the flat was clean and nice! Also comfortable bed and the AC saved our lifes in this heat :)

Very comfortable and clean.
Pro: A great and friendly house owner and a very nice and clean house. The house owner even thought of leaving a lot of capsules for the nice bialetti espresso machine in the kitchen as well as sweets, olive oil etc. It was very comfortable and a great vacation.

Прекрасные апартаменты на весьма аутентичной улице
Pro: Очень чистые и уютные апартаменты, один из лучших вариантов, в которых мы останавливались в Катании. Внимание к деталям, на кухне есть кофемашина, даже оливковое масло и специи. Даже разные контейнеры для мусора и инструкция к ним. Кровать и подушки удобные, не шумно.
Contro: Прекрасные апартаменты, но вот улица… Хотя всего 10 мин пешком от площади Дуомо, но с основной улицы нужно свернуть на второстепенные, которые, порой, поражают своей аутентичностью…😁 Хотя, за неделю проживания ничего плохого с нами не случилось) есть магазины, пекарня в нескольких минутах ходьбы от апартаментов.

Contro: Очень тусклый свет на кухне.
