Pro: Really nice, comfortable apartment. Great seating area, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedroom and good bathroom. Nice big towels. Free coffee pods, water and toiletries. Very helpful host.

Amazing

Pro: An apartment is very well equipped, clean, and spacious, it has great location (very near to the main city highlights and railway and bus station). It is very calm for its backyard orientation, sunny and has a nice small terrace. Host, Riccardo, is very helpful, ready to provide any information you need. Our stay there was amazing.

Pro: We had an amazing stay! The location is excellent, just 10 minutes from the bus/ train station and very close to the main monuments. The apartment is fully equipped with absolutely everything you need. We also loved the atmosphere of the building and the neighborhood—it felt very authentic and gave us a real sense of the local vibe. The host was super nice and incredibly helpful. On our first day, he gave us great advice on local food and places to visit, plus complete instructions regarding the appartment. He helped us organize a trip to Mount Etna, which was fantastic!

Exceptional La Nica

Pro: Riccardo is an amazing host. He provided personal transfer from and to the airport, and gave us a lot of information and tips for places to visit and to avoid the tourist traps. The location of La Nica is exceptional - outside of the crowds but very near to everywhere of interest in Catania. There are great places to eat nearby, and Riccardo will provide the names of exact ones worth visiting. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, with all the amenities one needs. It's on a main street but is very quiet. There is a lift which is of great help if you have heavy luggage. We fell in love with Catania and La Nica and we will definitely visit it again!

Pro: The property was spotlessly clean and comfortable, nice balcony for morning coffee and so peaceful considering how busy the street is outside

Pro: The apartment had everything that we needed. Riccardo was a perfect host, going above and beyond, trying to help us sort out our ongoing travel arrangements when there was a train strike.

Contro: The entry keys to the building were a little fiddly to use.
