Pro: Consigliatissimo Sull'Appartamento: Bello, funzionale ed elegante nella sua essenzialità. Non manca di nulla come accessori(sia in cucina sia in bagno) Siamo rimasti 4 giorni e dalla cucina al bagno non abbiamo avuto bisogno di chiedere nulla. Sulla posizione direi che è perfetta: a poche decine di metri vi è la fermata della metropolitana e la zona è servita dai bus che funzionano abbastanza bene. Da Corso Sicilia è facilissimo raggiungere tutto il centro storico di Catania con molte aree pedonali. Inoltre nei paraggi dell'appartamento vi è due discount (penny e lidl) ed un centro decò con imbarazzo della scelta se non si vuole mangiare fuori. Isabella la proprietaria poi è una persona Dolcissima Sicuramente dovendo soggiornare a Catania si ritorna lì.

Pro: L'appartamento é pulito funzionale e posizionato benissimo perché nelle vicinanze trovi via Etnea e fermata metro oltre due supermercati proprio davanti e una farmacia nelle vicjnanze. . In piú l'host Isabella mi ha dato la possibilità di cambiare più volte orario di check in e check out cosa che mi ha agevolato molto.
Contro: Purtroppo il problema di tutte le gtandi cittá Italiane l immigrazione incontrollata che si trasforma in homeless che vagabondano e dormono per strada, ma nella zona del BB le del centro a situazione per fortuna é tranquilla, , in altre zone piú periferiche meno.

Pro: L'appartamento in pieno centro è dotato di tutti i confort .cucina Elettrodomestici tutti nuovi. Una bottiglia di acqua della frutta in frigo come benvenuto.e un cestino per la colazione con macchinetta del caffè. Bagno e doccia puliti e funzionali. Isabella è stata molto cortese nell'accoglienza precisa e puntuale. Ritornerò sicuramente

Pro: Monolocale nuovissimo, accogliente e pulito . Top il materasso . Posizione eccezionale per visitare il centro di Catania a piedi. Proprietaria di casa disponibile e gentilissima. Da migliorare la colazione. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

A perfect stay — clean, modern, great location, and an amazing host who goes above and beyond!
Pro: Highly recommended! If you’re looking for a place that’s both comfortable and convenient, this apartment is a great choice. It has a modern design, is spotlessly clean, and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent—within walking distance of several bus stops and right next to a large Lidl supermarket. The host, Isabella, is exceptionally kind and helpful. We arrived late at night and also had a late departure, but she was incredibly accommodating and made sure everything went smoothly. She also provided us with plenty of useful information about the area. We really appreciated her hospitality and would gladly stay here again!

Definitely a must stay!
Pro: Our stay at Colibri in Catania certainly overexceeded our high expectations! Isabella, our kind hostess, was amazingly hospitable and helpful in every single way. She was there to hand over our keys, show us everything in the apartment as well as to recommend us places to visit or eat. She was always available with a smile to answer any question we might have regarding transportation or small trips. Colibri is situated at a really central location that is convenient for anything you decide to do. Plus! the airport bus stops right outside! Couldn't have wished for anything better!

Pro: I couldn't imagine a better host than Isabella. It was almost midnight when I arrived, but she was very patient and understanding. We kept in touch throughout, she always answered my messages very quickly. It was a very warm evening, and she prepared a bottle of mineral water for me in the fridge, which was a life saver! :) The apartment is perfectly equipped, it really has everything a traveler might need. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, there was also coffee and milk for the first coffee after waking up. :) The apartment is in an orderly building, the furnishings are modern and new and everything was perfectly clean. The apartment is about a 15-minute walk from most attractions, getting to know the city, it is in a very good neighborhood. There are several larger grocery stores and cafes next to the house. I'm so glad I found Isabella, I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Catania, highly recommend it! :)

Very comfortable, home-like stay. highly-recommended!
Pro: very well-equipped apartment, has everything you need including all the kitchen facilities, washing machine, a comfortable bed. the host lady was very welcoming and friendly. location is good, lidl and one more supermarket are just across the road, city center is 5 mins walk.
Contro: might be a bit noisy to sleep at night as there are noises coming from the street.

Krótki, ale bardzo miły pobyt blisko centrum
Pro: Świetna lokalizacja (blisko dworzec autobusowy, kolejowy i samo centrum miasta), apartament wyposażony dosłownie we wszystko czego potrzeba. Łóżko mimo, że niepozorne to było bardzo wygodne 🙂 właścicielka mimo późnej godziny zameldowania przywitała nas osobiście, a podczas wyjazdu odprowadziła nas na przystanek i poczekała aż wsiądziemy do Alibusa ❤️ cudowna, miła kobieta, a do tego rozmawia w języku polskim 😉 gorąco polecam ten apartament!

Catanya'da tek tercih edeceğim yer.
Pro: Otel odası değil resmen evdi. Mutfak olanakları harikaydı. Tek bir oda ama her şey çok çok yeterliydi. Merkeze çok ama çok yakındı. Bulunduğu bina da güzeldi. Çevresindeki olanaklar (market, otobüs durağı vb.) çok mutlu etti.
