Spacious and cool apartment in the heart of Catania
Pro: Spacious and cool apartment in the heart of Catania, it has everything you need for a 4 day stay. The host was super nice giving us recommendations for our stay. Free parking was easy to find in the surrounding streets.
Contro: As it is literally on the street, you can hear everything from the outside (people talking or passing by, trash car coming)

Pro: The location is very good, next to restaurants, coffee places, app. 10-15 minutes walking to the Dome. The space is generous and equiped with necessary appliances and even more (tea bags, coffee). Beds are comfortable and it's nice to have this 2 levels separation.
Contro: The heating was solely based on AC located on the first floor and which also had an unpleasant smell; downstairs it was quite cold (heating system was apparently under reparation). The sofa is dirty, even if covered by a blanket. It's tricky to ventilate the apartment, as there are no proper windows, so we kept the main door open in order to get some fresh air in.

Very nice stay in Katania
Pro: It is great, quite big apartment, near city centrum (pizza di duomo), during our stay it was very clean, and the contact with the owner very quick and helpful. We also didnt have problem with ealier chcek in and even with park a car nearby ( but it was january)

I recommend, very good apartments, in a good location. Fresh repair. All you need is an A+
Pro: The location of the place, by foot actually 3 minutes to the central square (3.5 minutes to the fish market). Very good location. The apartments are clean, recently renovated, everything you need is on site. Possibility to even wash clothes (rare). Not on the big central street, but parallel to it, there was traffic, but it didn't get in the way. For people with more fragile sleep, I would recommend earplugs (we were not bothered by the volume), because it is actually in all apartments in Sicily. Communication with the host is pleasant, fast. Self check in option. If you drive a car, you expect to have to find a parking spot, but on the way we traveled with a motorcycle, we leave it right there on the sidewalk every evening without any problems.
Contro: The cleaner came a little too quickly on the last day, but that's a small thing.Before the specified checkout time

Nice apartment for staying in Catania old town
Pro: Great value for money - location just perfect for visiting old town Catania (10 mins on foot or so). The apartment itself is rather small, but nice and cosy. 4 adults and 2 kids fit ok. Just the sofa on the ground floor was not very convenient for sleeping.
Contro: Parking is on the street, though complicated to find the spot for the car. Luckily, we spent our stay in Catania without cars.
