Pro: Casa ampia, luminosa e con tutto il necessario per il vostro soggiorno a catania, a 10 minuti dal centro e dal lungomare. Cosa molto apprezzata d'estate, viste le temperature, c'è l'aria condizionata in tutte le stanze. Francesco è gentilissimo, ci ha ricevuti ed aiutato con i bagagli e vi ha consigliato tanti posti dove mangiare e visitare. Consigliatissimo

Pro: Sono stato in questo appartamento i primi giorni di questo anno e ci siamo trovati molto bene, appartamento pulito e con tutto quello che serve e anche di più, camere spaziose e ogni tipo di elettrodomestico, perfino la scopa elettrica. Parcheggio sotto casa e a circa due km dal centro. Consigliato !!!

Welcoming host, big apartment and easy parking.
Pro: The apartment is very big and spacious and well-equipped. It even looks better in real-life than in pictures. Our host was very kind and welcomed us warmly. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are big. Also, was the kitchen. It is very quiet inside and outside noise from street is almost none. There is a big car-park along some green area which is a great benefit because it is very difficult to park a car in Catania. So after sightseeing it was no problem to find a place in the evening. Thank you, Francesco, for a lovely stay.

Pro: We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. It was incredibly spacious, beautifully maintained, and had everything we could possibly need — from a fully equipped kitchen to thoughtful details that made it feel like home. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. What really stood out were the kind little touches the host added throughout the apartment — those personal details made our group feel so welcome and special. It’s clear that a lot of care and attention goes into making guests feel comfortable here.

Pro: We had an absolutely lovely experience at Casa Vacanze Tiziana. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing stay. Amazing stay with an excellent host!
Pro: It was an amazing stay! Francesco has been the nicest host I've ever had - he met us for the check-in and check-out, he carried (!) our heavy suitcase up and down, and was super helpful. Always making sure we are happy, answering any questions I had and giving recommendations. He even gave us magnets to take home, and prepared a basket to take to the beach! The apartment is very well equipped - you'll find everything you need. The beds were very comfortable and the AC is working great. We rented a car and parked in front of the building, which was very convenient.
Contro: The location of the apartment was not super great - but if you have a rental car, you'll be fine!

Excelente alojamiento en Catania
Pro: Apartamento muy luminoso, limpio, equipado y lleno de pequeños detalles. Muy bien ubicado para hacer excursiones en tu coche por los alrededores, y próximo al centro de Catania. Habitaciones amplias, camas muy confortables, aire acondicionado en toda la casa. Francesco, el anfitrión, es muy amable, pendiente de cualquier cosa que puedas necesitar. Detallista. Alojamiento muy recomendable.
