Beautiful, spacious property excellent experience.
Pro: This apartment is huge, secure and clean with spectacular views and everything you could need supplied. The bathrooms had great showers, nice towels. The aircon worked very well too. We were given excellent instructions and communication from the manager.
Contro: We didn’t love the area, but it was safe enough and close to the centre.

A nice week at Terrace Verdi, Catania
Pro: Everything in this property is as it is shown on photos. Amazing view from the terrace towards Aetna volcano. You can have a coffee in the morning or dinner and drink in the evening enjoying Aetna. Quiet apartment on top of the building, private access to the property by lift. The host Luigi is very helpful - whenever we faced some problem he reacted immediately.
Contro: We stayed for a week and during this period there was no change of the towels and linen, no cleaning of the property. There is everything you need to do the cleaning by yourself ( and washing machine as well) but it is just not convenient to spend time in cleaning and washing during your vacation. This is the thing that could be improved. And the Check out time as well. In Booking is written that Check out is from 10:00 to 00:00 but practically we had to leave until 15:00.

Außergewöhnliche Wohnung und riesengroße Terrasse mit Ausblick auf den Ätna, mitten in der Stadt.
Pro: Außerordentlich schöne, riesengroße Terrasse mit Blick auf den Ätna. Die ganze Unterkunft hat einen tollen Charme, weil es wirkt, als wenn ein Künstler aus seiner sehr großen Loft Wohnung ausgezogen wäre.
Contro: Da es mitten in der Innenstadt ist, ist die Parksituation sehr schwierig. Man muss auf dem Gehweg halten, um auszuladen, und das empfohlene Parkhaus ist drei Blocks oder 20 Laufminuten entfernt. Wenn man aber eine Woche in der Stadt nur zu Fuß unterwegs ist, ist das völlig in Ordnung.

Pro: THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT FOR A COUPLE WITH CHILDREN. THERE IS A TON OF ROOM AND MANY NICE TOUCHES. I COULD NOT SLEEP IN THE LOFT BECAUSE IT IS FOR CHILDREN. THERE WAS NO BED FOR ME BECAUSE THE TWO OF US ARE NOT A COUPLE. I SLEPT ON A COT BUT LIKED THE BIG ROOMS AND HUGE TERRACE. THE LOCATION IS GOOD.

Appartement idéalement situé, bien agencé avec terrasse fabuleuse
Pro: L'appartement est bien agencé avec une situation privilégiée au dernier étage, bénéficiant d'une fabuleuse terrasse. Cette configuration permet de profiter des avantages de la ville tout en étant au calme, notamment la nuit, pas de bruit pour dormir. Idéal pour un couple ou avec un ou deux enfants. Toutes les pièces sont climatisées et très lumineuses. Un accès par ascenseur est appréciable, notamment avec les valises et les courses. Luigi, l'hôte, est très présent à distance pour vous accompagner du début à la fin du séjour, toutes les informations sont claires pour accéder à l'appartement. Géographiquement, le quartier est idéalement situé, près du marché de la piazza Carlo Alberto, à ne surtout pas manquer pour la variété de ses produits et qui permettent de réaliser des repas de produits frais et/ou locaux à des tarifs très intéressants, ce qui est une alternative fabuleuse aux grandes enseignes ...
Contro: Quelques rafraîchissements à prévoir (peinture, évacuation de la douche de la petite salle de bain). Luigi nous avait prévenu qu'ils étaient prévus très prochainement. Enfin, il manque une bouilloire et quelques ustensiles de cuisine pour faciliter les repas.
