Pro: Ottima struttura, con giardino privato molto curato e con accesso diretto alle piscine ed al campo da calcio. Molto gradito il posteggio auto privato, all'interno della recinzione. Ambiente tranquillo e rilassante, l'ideale per il soggiorno in famiglia. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Consigliatissimo

Pro: Appartamento grande pulito e molto accogliente, fornito di tutto il necessario. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e sempre disponibili ad ogni nostra richiesta.

Contro: Il kiosco(o bar) della piscina non era funzionante,non potevi comprare delle bevande nel tempo in cui stavi in piscina, peccato...

Bell'appartamento con piscina

Pro: Ottima posizione per visitare i dintorni, da Taormina a Catania, con parcheggio all'interno e piscina condominiale davvero gradevole. Nei dintorni sono presenti numerosi locali per pranzo/cena e un piccolo supermarket raggiungibile a piedi. L'appartamento è grande e confortevole ma l'abbiamo trovato lievemente umido, complice probabilmente il tempo e l'estate partita quest'anno un pò in ritardo

Nice peaceful week just what we were looking for.

Pro: We were after a quiet and peaceful stay with 2 Autistic boys and that is what we got. We were not looking for nightlife so we are unable to say how lively it might have been though we did see restaurants within walking distance. The pool is lovely and clean. Our hosts were very friendly and amenable. The accommodation is not 5 star but is very acceptable with everything we needed for self catering. A car would have been a great help for getting out and about to explore the area but the boys were happy to largely stay at the apartment. The local beach is black volcanic rock and is well used.

Contro: There was nothing we didn’t like but the boys would have liked pavements to walk along.

Pro: Very spacious with everything you could need for a little trip to the area. Communication was wonderful and would definitely recommend

Great if you wanna move around by car

Pro: We spend 4 nights here with my mum in October 2023. The landlord speaks some English, so there was no problem with communication. The place was fine, pretty much like pictures, the pool was closed which we knew, however looking at it it looked pretty awful, not quite like in the picture -, not sure how it looks during season and it is a shared pool for multiple appartments in case you care about it. To arrive with a car is a MUST, it is a very quiet place, there is not much to see in the village, some restaurants, small beach with rocks which was not the nicest. However, if you use the place just to sleep over it has all you need. Private parking, it is fully furnished, clean, nice garden, view on Etna and a supermarket just a 5 minute walk. Taormina and Letojanni is about 30mins ride by a car, Etna 45mins, Catania pretty much the same. To get and return the keys was also simple. Value for money was ok. Overall we had a good time for the purpose of our trip.

Contro: After the first afternoon away from the place we found out that the lock on the door in my room heading straight to garden was not working and therefore the door was not locked the whole time even though it looked closed and therefore our things were not safe. The owner arrived next day to lock it somehow which to me sounds a bit late. Only for this I am giving lower rating, I believe this should be checked before you let someone keep their stuff at your place, I am glad noone robbed us. I would also expect some compensation. As mentioned before, not much to see if you want to stay in the place and not move around, don't come for the pool, rather for proximity to amazing places reacheable by car. The neighbours are pretty loud, not sure if they were permanent residents or not.

Pro: Bardzo miła pani, w razie problemów pomocna. Prywatny parking, wyposażenie domku.

Contro: Byliśmy w styczniu, dom był bardzo zimny. Miło by było, gdyby była włączona chociaż godzinę przed nami klimatyzacja. Pierwszą noc spaliśmy w bluzach, kolejną już lepiej. Do poprawy napięcie elektryczne, jak chcieliśmy wysuszyć głowę suszarką i byl włączony piecyk to wywalało korki. Wywaliło nam tak korki podczas cyklonu Harry :-) zmoczeni jak psy szukaliśmy kluczyka do naszej rozdzielni. Uratowali nas jacyś Albańczycy :-) To są właśnie Włochy. Trzeba mieć tu dużo dystansu, dobrego humoru, tutaj są inne standardy niż u nas.

Pro: Bardzo fajna lokalizacja w momencie gdy zwiedza sie Sycylie autem. Blisko zarowno w stronę Taorminy jak i Syrakuz. Duże mieszkanie z widokiem na Etnę z ogrodu, z miejscem parkingowym na zamknietej posesji. Bardzo mili właściciele, którzy nas przywitali, dostępni w razie problemów. Mieszkanie jest trochę na dole, taki poziom pol piwnicy więc nie jest super jasne, i czuć lekko wilgoć - w okresie letnim na pewno na duży plus. Natomiast zimą, przełom grudnia/stycznia w samym mieszkaniu pierwsza noc chłodniejsza, ale był grzejnik wiec już kolejne dni i noce ciepłe. Kuchnia bardzo fajnie zaopatrzona, jedynie brak małych łyżeczek. Wifi bardzo dobre.
