Pro: appartamento molto bello, grande e moderno, dotato di ogni comfort (anche l’ombrellone da spiaggia in dotazione!). posizione strategica, molto vicino sia alla stazione dei treni che al centro storico e pure al punto di fermata dei bus (alibus e altri). L’host Simone disponibilissimo nel dare consigli e assicurarsi andasse tutto bene durante la permanenza, ci ha permesso anche lasciare i bagagli anticipatamente il primo giorno e la signore delle pulizie che era presente é stata gentilissima pure nel darci suggerimenti per i giorni a seguire. presente anche cialde di caffè e qualcosa per la colazione, tutto molto apprezzato.

Contro: se proprio dobbiamo trovare qualcosa, lo scarico della doccia é difficile da gestire e si rischia facilmente di allagare il pavimento del bagno quindi bisogna avere molta accortezza a non far scorrere troppo l’acqua

Il suo punto forte a mio parere è la posizione, da dove si possono raggiungere parecchi punti di interesse della città anche a piedi ! Simone il proprietario una persona gentile e sempre a disposizione ! Consigliatissimo !

Pro: Marina home apartment is really comfortable, especially the bed. I slept like a baby! The apartment is close to the city centre, yet quiet at night.

Contro: I stayed in several places in Catania and they all have the same problem - old pipes and smelly drainage. It wasn't as bad in this apartment, as in other places.

Simone was brilliant always there if we needed anything and the check in was easy! I would highly recommend staying here

Contro: Around the building was trash thrown around , but this is not the owner’s fault because that is the way they deal with trash there. So relly the stay was really good

Pro: Apartment fully equipped, 2 air cons. A front of the port and you can rent privat boat or boat tour. 10 minutes from the privat beach, also 10 minutes from touristic spots & restaurant’s.

The place to stay in Central Catania

Pro: Marina Home is perfectly situated within a short walking distance of Central Catania. The apartment is made in the best materials and working to perfection. Very happy to stay there and definately not the last time.

Pro: Absolutely spotless. Simone has this apartment set up with every convenience, fantastic communication and a comfortable, well-appointed apartment.

The host was supportive and helpful, the apartment is clean and quiet.
