In short: highly recommended!
Pro: What a wonderful stay we had with Katharina and Francesco! From the very first moment, we felt incredibly welcome. They are so hospitable, kind, and genuinely caring. It felt like coming home to a place we’d never been before. The property itself is absolutely beautiful: everything is perfectly taken care of, wonderfully peaceful, with a stunning pool where you can truly relax. Everywhere you look, you feel that warm, authentic Sicilian atmosphere. Katharina and Francesco are constantly working to make every guest’s stay special, and it really shows. From the delicious drinks and tasty food to the thoughtful tips on what to see and do in the area. They go above and beyond to make your time unforgettable. We won’t forget this place or these lovely people, and we truly hope to return one day. And we can’t forget their sweet dog – though, sadly for us as dog lovers, he’s so well-trained that he keeps a respectful distance from the guests.

Pro: An oasis of calm in the neighbourhood of Catania. We stayed there for 1 week and enjoyed the warm and caring Catherina, owning the place. Her breakfast is superb, with fresh and high quality food. Every morning a huge glass of orange juice, made from oranges straight from her garden. On our day of departure, she made a breakfast at 5.30 am in the morning, all with a smile. Her positivity enlightened the place. Great pool too! And an exceptional clean and neat place. Very comfy bed.
Contro: A bit unusual is the fact the you always have to ring to the host open the gate. It’s her way of working, and she’s available all the time, but it is a bit strange. Be aware that bathroom is shared, I must have over read this. It was not an issue for us, as we were the only guests. Room we had was quite dark.

Pro: The villa is absolutely beautiful for a start and the owners, Catalina and Francesco are lovely people who would go above and beyond for you. We stayed here for 3 nights and made the decision on the final night of our trip to come back here because it was so good. The rooms are great, the pool is great. It’s a completely gated villa so very safe The breakfast was absolutely incredible.

Pro: Francesco and Katherina were so lovely and very helpful, they went the extra mile to make us feel confortable. I was there with my two kids and we really felt welcome. Super relax, loads of facilities to enjoy and well located to visit Catania, Etna, Taormina and Syracusa and other small towns around with your own car. My kids loved to play with Blue, their beautiful, sweet dog. We will certainly go back.

Pro: Katharina and Francesco are amazing hosts! Their B&B is stunning — spacious rooms, pool, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, and an incredible ocean view from the hilltop. Francesco grows lemons, dragon fruit, and olives on the property, and we were treated to his homemade limoncello, fresh fruit, and olive oil — such a unique, authentic Sicilian experience. Both Katharina and Francesco went out of their way to make us feel at home, from thoughtful conversations to even offering rides into the city. What started as a surprise trip for my father turned into one of the most memorable stays we’ve ever had. It felt more like visiting friends than staying at a hotel. Highly recommend!
