Pro: La cortesia e disponibilità del proprietario sono state eccezionali: ci è venuto incontro in ogni nostra richiesta con grande gentilezza. L’alloggio è in ottimo stato: l’appartamento è stato ristrutturato di recente e arredato con gusto, gli spazi sono grandi e i mobili funzionali. La zona è tranquilla, ideale anche a famiglie con bambini piccoli. CONSIGLIO!

Pro: Bellissimo appartamento fronte mare curato nei minimi dettagli. Alessandro pensa davvero a tutto ed è stato super disponibile e gentile. Ci siamo trovati benissimo!!!

Pro: Posizione stupenda fronte mare con terrazzino privato. Appartamento molto ampio, rinnovato da poco, fornito di tutto. Anche la cucina era fornita di tutto pentole, piatti, posate ecc.... Proprietario molto disponibile.

Contro: Unica pecca è il wifi il cui segnale era debole ma sufficiente. Il proprietario ha cercato di migliorare il segnale intervenendo sull'apparecchio.

Comoda e strategica per visitare i dintorni Catania-Etna-Acireale-Taormina

Pro: La casa è dotata di tutto e Alessandro è una persona disponibile che ci dato preziose indicazioni. Ottima la vista e la possibilità di sentire il mare tenendo la porta aperta! La posizione ci ha consentito di visitare tutti i luoghi vicini, facilmente raggiungibili con la strada statale oppure prendendo il casello dell'autostrada che è a meno di 15 minuti.

Pro: Posizione dell'alloggio con vista sul mare. Ottima insonorizzazione dell'appartamento. Molto apprezzata la gentilezza e accoglienza di Alessandro, sempre disponibile a soddisfare le nostre richieste. Parcheggio per la macchina proprio davanti casa.

Amazing

Pro: We spent a week in Stazzo this August and really loved our stay. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed, but what made it special was the location. The sea is just across the road, complete with solarium, and our kids spent hours swimming and jumping into the clear water — it quickly became the highlight of the trip. Stazzo itself is a quiet little town, but it was a great base for us to explore the area. We did day trips to Mount Etna, Taormina, Acireale, and the Alcantara Gorge, all of which were easy to reach by car. A big thanks to Alessandro, who was always helpful and gave us excellent tips on where to go and eat. He made us feel at home from the start. We left feeling relaxed, sun-soaked, and already talking about when we might come back.

Pro: The appartement is exceptionnal, well located and very confortable. Alessandro is a very hospitable hoist with a lot of advise regarding restaurants and activities. We felt very well welcome.

Spacious, self-contained apartment with sea views!

Pro: The apartment was well furnished and spacious. The view from the balcony out to sea over the big lava rocks was amazing. There were little things that made a traveller feel welcome: some toiletries, fruit, some essential cooking supplies, and tea and coffee supplies. The toaster and kettle were also appreciated! The local feel and quiet street were also a plus for us. Very supportive, responsive, and welcoming host. Free parking right outside was supplied

Contro: The local streets were narrow and took a bit of navigating, but this is typical of Sicilian towns!
