Great apartment ideally located for Etna

Pro: The apartment is so clean and has everything that you could need to have a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well appointed. Irene has been extremely helpful with local knowledge. Thanks!

Contro: Nothing.

Overall good, but there were some problems

Pro: The apartment is spacious, the bedroom is very large and the bed is comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a balcony. There is parking (not private) outside the house.

Contro: The contaction with the owners of the property is not convenient, they are not always available on WhatsApp, probably it is related to a certain difficulty in the English language. They also gave us the phone number of a tour guide to Mount Etna and he did not answer the message and the phone, in the end he said he was busy. Upon arrival it was not easy for us to find the address. We tried via waze and via google maps and both options showed us the same address half an hour drive away. We only discovered it halfway, it was frustrating. Eventually the owner came to pick us up with his car from a nearby gas station so we wouldn't get confused. This solved the problem but was embarrassing. We stayed there for two nights and for breakfast they left us groceries in the fridge to prepare ourselves. It wasn't written in advance so we were surprised. It was convenient to eat at a time that suited us, but we would have preferred to know it in advance. They charged us the entire payment in advance unlike other places, and we couldn't cancel. There was also occasional shouting from the upper floor which was unpleasant for us. Apart from the shouting inside the house, the outside environment was quiet and the insulation from the street was good.

Pro: Very friendly host, explained best restaurants and vouchers for Etna

Pro: Its a quiet, large apartment and very clean. The terrace is very relaxing. The finishings are modern. Apartment served with all amenities. Irene is exceptional and helpful!

Contro: Shower mixer needs changing as its hard to open the water. Since partitioning between apartments is thin, noise could be heard into my apartment which did wake me up a few times at night.

Cosy, convenient & caring Host

Pro: Irene & Sebastino were very helpful & knowledgeable about the area to visit and their recommendation on restaurants/pattiseria were really good. Just need to tell them :) We really like the breakfast & also, the Sicilian oranges. Irene even took the trouble to present me Siciliana delight for my birthday. The area is quiet, very near to Etna, convenient for covering area ie Catania, Taormina & part of Messina with a good spot for parking. Thank you Irene & Sebi!

Pro: Remplacement parfait pour visiter le mont Etna, appartement bien éclairé et meublé et équipé. Rien à dire c’était parfait.

Elragadó kedvesség vett körül minket, tiszta szép apartmant kaptunk.

Pro: Irene egy fantasztikus ember, nagyon kedves, segítőkész, javaslatokat adott, hogy mit érdemes megnézni, mire kell figyelni az ott tartózkodás idején. Nagyon szép tiszta, jól felszerelt és kényelmes apartmanban pihentünk. Szívből ajánlom mindenkinek a szállást! ❤️

entspannte Tage

Pro: Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und für ein Frühstück alles da was man braucht. Irene und Seby haben sich toll um uns gekümmert. Es war immer ein Parkplatz da und als die Kaffeemaschine gemuckt hat wurde sie sofort ausgetauscht. Kann ich rundherum empfehlen. Danke für den entspannten Aufenthalt
