Pro: Zona centrale e comoda per gli spostamenti a piedi. Host molto gentile e disponibile.

Contro: Quartiere poco sicuro di notte in un vicolo angusto e sporco. (era presente un materasso matrimoniale abbandonato) La scala presente nell'appartamento per accedere alla zona notte era scomoda.

Good value for money, but a little love is lacking.

Pro: Easy check-in and check-out, nice flat. Good communication with owners.

Contro: Very basic apartment, not many amenities (no towels, no water kettle, mattress old and very soft).

Pro: The spacing and placement of the apartment is just right enough and well acomodated the area is near the main square which makes it easier for one to enjoy the experience in catania, local markets around and tidy clean house.

Contro: The dishes were not properly clean we had to wash them a second time the rest perfetto.

We had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed our time at the property.

Pro: I found the place to be very clean, with an excellent quality-price ratio — nothing to complain about. The location is good, very close to the city center. I felt safe, even though it’s on a smaller side street, thanks to the secure gate with bars. Everything was perfectly fine during our stay.

Contro: There were very few minor inconveniences, such as some power outlets not working and limited kitchen equipment — no microwave or coffee maker, for example. However, this didn’t really pose a problem for us.

Fabulous

Pro: This property would be perfect with just a few minor adjustments which I'll detail below. It was very large, with a double bed on the mezzanine and a very comfortable sofa bed in the living area. There was a smart tv and a very large functional kitchen as well as a small outdoor space to sit and have a morning cuppa. The proximity to the beautiful historical city centre and the bus station at Piazza Borsellino was fantastic, just a few minutes walk. It was very quiet at night and the apartment was incredibly secure, so felt very safe. I would really recommend this apartment for a stay in Catania, it is great value for money.

Contro: The shower only ran hot for a few minutes then went cold, meant we had very short cold showers. Could also do with a small shelf in the shower to put shampoo etc. Most of the plug sockets didn't fit standard European plug adapters but were the Italian style plug sockets, however there was an adapter in the bathroom that worked and a USB charger in the bottom drawer in the kitchen which fit into the plug sockets. No kettle, but we got by with boiling a small pot of water for us tea loving Scots. None of these things would put me off booking this apartment again though.

Bed was comfortable and close to city and facilities .good for a short stay

Pro: Very safe and secure premises. Parking at 1 euro a day was within 100 meters. Very good heating and cooling system. Very close to the city centre and bus station. Good bakery at end of the road.

Contro: Some minor repairs necessary in bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen only just adequate but it is a inexpensive apartment so what do you expect for your money?

Grat location but the owner coud be more helpful

Pro: The locartion was great, right in the center of Catania. The fish market was so close wich was great cuz they had great fish.

Pro: Good location, comfortable apartment, hospitable host. I recommend!

Pro: The owner was asking if everything ok with us ,very helpful, it is new apartment, nice kitchen beside waking up early buying fresh fish and vegetable ,the bed so comfy, and so quiet street and save during the night.
