Super consigliato, disponibilissimi e ottima struttura

Pro: La completa disponibilitá dei proprietari. Siamo arrivati qui di sera, oltre le 21.30, chiamando poco prima avendo avuto un imprevisto e si sono messi a disposizione in tutti i modi. Sono stati.super cortesi tutto il tempo di soggiorno, ricordandoci la loro disponibilitá per qualsiasi cosa. La struttura è nuova, pulita e avendo il cancello esterno e un piccolo giardino privato, si è separati dalla strada. Veramente perfetto. Consigliatissimo.

La Catania Vera

Pro: La struttura era molto pulita, fresca ed accogliente. Tutto l’ essenziale per un breve soggiorno a Catania.

Contro: La zona non è comodissima senza la macchina.

Pro: Appartamento molto carino,pulito.. proprietario sempre disponibile.. giardino fatto con molta cura.. tutto da vero splendido..da ritornare!

Ottimo appoggio a Catania centro

Pro: La casa molto accogliente, ottima per due persone. Volendo anche tre. Centrale ma con un giardinetto interno che la rende molto tranquilla. Comodissimo anche il check in automatico. Il proprietario molto disponibile, mi ha anche indicato un parcheggio privato (prezzo ultra economico) per lasciare la macchina di notte.

Contro: Nulla. Tutto ok.

Overall we were very happy with our choice of accommodation.

Pro: Very comfortable self-catering apartment. We asked our host for a piece of kitchen equipment - it was delivered the same day. The private garden was an unexpected bonus.

Contro: It was a little further away from the centre than we'd have liked - but we should have looked more closely at the map when booking! A folder with some local information would have been helpful.

Pro: Hosts were very helpful. The place was very central We had our own door

Pro: Really great apartment for the price with lovely garden, and really helpful owners. The place is a lovely hidden gem, equipped with everything you would need during your stay.. ( cooking equipment, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, washing machine, towels) What I have written in the cons, can also be considered as pro, if you are not someone who gets scared easily, as you get to walk to through places you might wouldn't walk otherwise

Contro: I am a bit bias regarding the location, not the cleanest/nicest part of the city. However if you are someone who is not afraid of this, walking through the city to the location, you can experience the real, non-touristy Catania!! It is a vibe! Personally for my preference the bed was a bit stiff.

Una estancia muy agradable y cómoda para toda la familia.

Pro: El apartamento cumple con todas las expectativas necesarias para una buena estancia en Catania, está limpio, és confortable, tiene AC (muy importante para el verano), cocina y baño equipada con todo lo necesario, y los anfitriones son muy atentos, y estan en contacto contigo para cualquier necesidad. Está a unos 10 minutos en vehículo del centro y bien ubicado para salir rápido de la ciudad hacia otros lugares. Se puede aparcar fácilmente en la calle sin problema. 100% recomendable.

Pro: Die Wohnung oder besser gesagt Bungalow hat eine schöne Garten und mit höhen Mauern sicher und ein bisschen historisch. Besitzer sind sehr nett.

Pro: Naktsmītne atrodas iekšpagalmā, kas mums ļoti patika, jo novērtējam klusumu, mieru un privātumu. Apartamentos ir viss nepieciešamais, tai skaitā veļasmašīna - ņemot vērā, ka uzturējāmies trīs naktis un ikdienā daudz staigājām, tad tā bija lieliska opcija, jo varējām izmazgāt drēbes. Var just, ka saimniekiem ir svarīgi, lai visi būtu apmierināti. Lielisks dzīvoklis par labu cenu.
