Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo
Pro: La struttura è accogliente ordinata, spaziosa ed il bagno è molto bello, letto molto comodo, l’host è veramente un super host ci ha dato mille consigli ed è sempre stato reperibile!
Contro: Purtroppo la finestra del bagno affacciava su un vicolo sporco e puzzolente quindi abbiamo evitato di tenerla aperta, e di stenderci i panni. La posizione non è lontana da Catania ma abbiamo preferito spostarsi con la macchina poiché non ci sentivamo così sicuri a piedi… lato positivo si trova facilmente parcheggio nei pressi del B&B.

Pro: Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti in questa struttura. In questa via, si vive la vera Catania: persone gentili, disponibili e sempre sorridenti. Di qualsiasi cosa tu abbia bisogno, pur non conoscendoti, si fanno in quattro per aiutarti. Olga che è stato il nostro contatto, é sempre stata presente telefonicamente, dandoci indicazioni per poter visitare al meglio la città. Enzo, il proprietario di casa prima di andare al lavoro, si recava da noi per un saluto e augurarci buona giornata. Una persona squisita. Il valore aggiunto di tutto questo é Orazio, il vicino di casa che premurosamente ci teneva sempre il posto auto. L'appartamento anche se posizionato in un quartiere storico di Catania, é di recente ristrutturazione. Ben arredato e se manca qualcosa di cui hai bisogno sono pronti a fartela avere nel più breve tempo possibile. Il quartiere dispone di tutti i negozi di prima necessita. Ottima posizione, dista 10 minuti dal centro.

Pro: Lo staff è molto disponibile. La casa spaziosa e confortevole con tutto il necessario per cucinare.
Contro: Il quartiere un po' caotico e rumoroso anche di notte anche se caratteristico della città e sicuro.

Pro: The most friendly staff on booking! Thank you so much! :) The place itself is quite shadowy but spacious and well equiped. Comfy bed. We very much liked it. The only downside is the surreal neighbourhood - safe but looking like slums (or maybe it is just Catania). Also the appartment is located next to little cross road where every scooter beep and accelerate so its noisy at night. Earplugs or noise cancellation recommended.

Very good stay in ‘real’ Catania area
Pro: Nice house with all needs. Responsive and very helpful hosts. Friendly neighbour that helped to secure a parking spot
Contro: The neighbourhood is a bit rundown and noisy but it is only a 10’ walk to the center and we felt safe.

Pro: Really nice place and location. Walking distance to the old town. Lovely and helpful hosts. Well equiped (kitchen/bathroom) and very comfortable (even the sofa beds). As a family of 4, we had a really nice stay there. Thank you!
Contro: 9 and not 10, because of the surprisingly busy street (we stayed for New Year's eve + it seems like a lively neighbourhood), but definitely recommending this place!

Pro: Excellent communication. The apartment was quiet and completely renovated recently. It also included lots of amenities and free refreshments.
Contro: The physical location of the property while not far from the center, is in a very rough looking area of town... A drying rack would have been nice for laundry... The bathroom sink constantly filled because the stopper wouldn't remain up.

Pro: Bardzo wygodny i czysty apartament dla 4 osób ( piętro i parter ), jest w nim wszystko co niezbędne. Okolica cicha i spokojna . Lokalizacja 5 +, wygodny dojazd na lotnisko i na dworzec kolejowy. Bardzo blisko do centrum ( stare miasto ), a w okolicy sporo sklepów, barów i restauracji. Pani Olga jest przemiła ,zawsze służy pomocną i podsyła świetne przewodniki po Katanii i okolicy. Polecam szczególnie osobom, które chcą dokładnie poznać stara część Katanii. 🙂
