Perfetto!!!

Pro: Appartamento delizioso, ristrutturato benissimo, accogliente e molto curato, ricavato nei 'vecchi magazzini' o botteghe che si trovavano al piano terra dei palazzi. Si trova in posizione centralissima, a 5m dalla piazza del duomo e del centro nevralgico di Catania. Per il parcheggio della Panda affittata abbiamo sempre trovato posto nelle vicinanze (o libero nella strada stessa o quelli blu nelle strade limitrofe). Il gestore è molto simpatico e disponibile a tutte le informazioni, con scambi wa. Noi non abbiamo mai usato la cucina... Consigliatissimo!

Great place to stay! Highly recommended

Pro: We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Catania. It is beautifully decorated and very well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. Near to Old City Center, safe, great place to stay! A special thanks to Mirko, who was extremely helpful with absolutely everything. He was amazing and even managed to find us a free parking spot on the street right near the apartment, which was a huge bonus! Highly recommended!

Contro: However, we feel we must mention that the Smart TV is outdated. Most applications, including Netflix which is advertised on the booking.com page, did not work, which was disappointing. Despite this issue, we enjoyed our stay thanks to the apartment's comfort and Mirko's excellent assistance.

Pro: The apartment was thoughtfully designed and felt surprisingly spacious for just one person. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I enjoyed my stay there. My host, Mirko, was attentive and provided plenty of great restaurant recommendations.

Contro: Wifi signal in the bedroom was very weak or none at all which is a bit annoying. The other issues was the noise—being next to a road meant the sound of passing cars and scooters could be quite loud. Additionally, the neighbors, particularly those upstairs, were noisy, with loud footsteps late at night and early in the morning that often woke me around 7 a.m. However, this wasn’t the fault of the apartment itself.

Amazing place with a good host!

Pro: One of the best of this apartment is a host! Very kind and helpful. I got everything I needed, This place is around 5-10 min walking to the Main Street, very convenient. Inside everything is clean and well organized. Thank you so much!

Perfect apartment for stay in Catania

Pro: Really nice apartment, designed with a decent taste, located in a very quiet street. We stayed for a week and maximum noise was from cars passing (but not a lot) or some people passing by. Our host was Mirko, who provided us with clear instructions of how to get in, and also shared his list of places where to eat, all of which were great recommendations. Facilities were clean, and everything we needed was there. One of the best thing was the conditioner

Contro: The only thing that was a bit annoying was that wifi was weaker upstairs in bed. It worked anyway, but it just was a bit weaker and sometimes disconnected.

Pro: I did not expect such high luxury suite. Apartment was exceptional, clean, elegant and well equipped. Localisation was quiet but also very close to Duomo. The best stay in 2023y

Pro: Obiekt czysty , wyposażony ,blisko głównego rynku ,kawiarni, barów i restauracji . Gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny . Szybkie zameldowanie i wymeldowanie.

Contro: Jedyny minus tego miejsca to halas od ulicy do którego można się przyzwyczaić.
