Pro: La migliore sistemazione! Ha tutto ciò di cui abbiamo bisogno. Siamo felicissimi! Il mare è a due passi, l’appartamento è pulitissimo, spazioso e arredato in modo unico! Grazie di cuore a Stefano per l’ospitalità!

il mare a Catania
Pro: La posizione a pochi metri dal mare, noi avevamo auto a noleggio e a meno di cinque minuti si trova tranquillamente parcheggio. La disponibilità e la gentilezza dei proprietari, ci mettono passione, si preoccupano delle necessità del turista mettendo a disposizione tutto il necessario in cucina (olio, sale detersivo tovaglioli di carta ecc) e anche alcune bevande, l'occorrente per il bagno, non scontati trovare solitamente quando si va in un appartamento evitandoti quindi un giro inutile al supermercato. oltre a un bel plico di stampe con spunti per visitare i dintorni e posti per mangiare fuori

Ottima vacanza per visitare Catania ma anche aci trezza
Pro: La struttura è in buona posizione fronte mare , silenziosa , vicina ad ottimi ristorantini , non lontana dal centro di Catania , con ampi locali interni e molto curata nei servizi. I proprietari mi hanno accolto con grande cortesia e disponibilità . Lo consiglio assolutamente.

Fantastico, perfetto, eccellente.
Pro: Struttura favolosa, posto incantevole e Stefano persona squisita ed accogliente. Zona centralissima, il mare a pochissimi metri, Struttura dotata di tutti i confort come mai visto prima., vista mare dalla camera. Bagno grandissimo e pulitissimo, cucina immensa e dotata di tutti gli accessori. Voto: ECCELLENTE!!

Pro: Casa ben curata e accoglienza fantastica. Ampia cucina e salone e camere da letto comode. Posizione ottima per poter parcheggiare facilmente e godere della vista del mare. Grande gentilezza e disponibilità da parte dei padroni di casa.

Amazing hosts, great location and apartment!
Pro: It was one of our best stays ever, and my family has travelled a lot! The location is great, apartment is very neat and clean, and has everything you would need: lots of living space, fully-equipped kitchen for making food or having a tea/coffee break, all the living essentials, a bit of food and drinks for the first night. The apartment is across the road from the pedestrian pier that can be used for free to access the sea and sunbath. Public transport was 10-20 min walking from the apartment with busses/metros going to the city centre. The most memorable were our AMAZING hosts! They provided us with all the necessary information about the location and answered all our questions. And whenever we encountered a problem (not related to the stay at MAMIS), they provided us with a great help, that was really appreciated. I really recommend stopping at MAMIS if you plan to visit Catania :)

Pro: The Mamis apartment is located in a calmer location of Catania just by the sea. The communication with Stefano and his family was great and fast and he welcomed us very friendly even before the official check-in time. The equipment of the property is traditional but functional and you can see they take a good care of everything keeping it spotless. The temperature of the sea was a little bit cool by the end of May (20 - 21°C) but we enjoyed it a lot anyway. If I travel to Catania again I would go to Mamis for sure because of the warmth, friendliness, cleanness, calmness of the location and vicinity to the sea.

Pro: The location is excellent, the property is clean and spotless, and the house appliances are more than you can ask for, especially considering its price.
Contro: An upstairs balcony with a sea view would have been nice.

We fell in love with this house from the first minutes. I want to come again and again to this house. Most of all I like
Pro: Wonderful place with charming hosts. We liked everything. Incredibly cozy house next to the sea. The beach in front of the house is one of the best places in Catania. There were all stuff for living and even more. Very convenient location, nearby there are cafes, restaurants, bars, a supermarket and a promenade. The house is not far from the center. The house has everything to feel comfortable and cozy. The house was very clean and comfortable. Large space, where there are several bedrooms, a large hall with a sea view, a large cozy kitchen and a beautiful terrace. I recommend this place to stay to anyone who wants to visit Catania and enjoy a seaside holiday. You will definitely not be disappointed with this place. Special thanks to the owners of the house, they are some of the most wonderful and friendly people we have met in our experience of traveling around different countries. They did everything to make our holiday in Catania a success.

Nice apartment with a sea view terrace
Pro: Great location with sea view. Apartment is big and equipped with all you need to stay comfortable. Many thanks to the hosts for hosting us and providing all the necessary information about places around (where to eat, what to see etc). The local oranges were the best, grazie :)
Contro: Not an apartment issue, but just to be aware of the road nearby, it can be noisy when there is traffic.
