Pro: Pulizia e funzionalità degli spazi e camera e bagno impeccabili. Possibilità di disporre di una piccola cucina. Posizione ottimale.
Contro: La colazione decisamente insufficiente, non come quantità ma come qualità, con prodotti preconfezionati da supermercato. Mancavano poi frutta e affettati o formaggi e yogurt.

Parola d'ordine: cortesia!
Pro: Voto 10! Io e i miei 2 amici arriviamo in struttura 15 minuti in anticipo e troviamo Enza già ad aspettarci. Le camere sono arredate con gusto, i letti comodi e il bagno moderno e provvisto di tutto l'occorrente. In omaggio persino le pantofole monouso e il kit spazzolino e dentifricio! Ad attenderci anche una bottiglia di spumante e qualche cioccolatino. Il mattino seguente colazione al bar dietro il B&B ma per chi non avesse tempo nella cucina ben attrezzata trova delle merendine e il caffè o cappuccino in capsule. Altra nota di merito la facilità di parcheggio gratuito su strada e la vicinanza con il duomo di Catania che dista solo 5 minuti a piedi! Tornerò sicuramente in altre occasioni.

Perfect place to stay in Catania
Pro: The apartment has a very beautiful decor and feels so cozy, it’s the perfect home for a weekend in Catania, or longer cause the amenities have everything you need. The bed is super comfortable. The location is great, close to everything, but in a calm street. And the owner was incredibly helpful, making the whole stay smooth and enjoyable. I would happily stay here again!

Very comfortable & close to city
Pro: Breakfast was changed from a cafe to at the property, which was a bit disappointing, as I enjoy eating out. Property doesn’t look great from the outside, but is lovely once you enter the apartment. Slight confusion over the lock box (which you have to tap twice) but ok once sorted via WhatsApp with the owner. Really lovely apartment with everything you need.

Magnificent
Pro: This apartment is one of the best I have ever stayed in Italy. Excellent location only a 5 minute walk to centre. It looks newly renovated. The front room and bedroom have wonderful decor with lovely old antique furniture.it has a very spacious bathroom with a power shower. The kitchen has excellent amenities for cooking.the bed was super comfortable. Enza is a wonderful host. She is extremely helpful. I am coeliac.as is 1 of her family members who cooked me a most fantastic gluten free cake . It was absolutely delicious. She left me other coeliac biscuits and buns also. 10 out of 10 for this apartment. Bellissimo.

Pro: This apartment is absolutely stunning, with everything you need to feel right at home. The host's hospitality is top-notch - they're incredibly friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand. I'd give it a perfect 10/10 and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Stunning and ideally situated!
Pro: Stunning!!! Exceeded our expectations. Great communication met us on arrival, which is a nice touch. Easy to get to from bus station. Spacious, gorgeous decoration and immaculately clean. Everything we needed and more. Ideally situated to discover Catania everything in walking distance. We will definitely return on our next visit. Keep doing what you're doing 👍🙂

Pro: I was really enjoying my stay ☺️ 1. Very good contact with the host. 2. Awesome location, close to centre but on less busy street. 3. Pretty apartment, unique style, spacious. Well equipped and super clean. 4. Very comfortable bed. Not to hard, not to soft. 5. Snacks and vine for guests. Albo some toiletries.
Contro: I could hear some noises from neighbouring apartments (from time to time). But from what I heard and read this is an issue in most older buildings across whole Katania. So just be mindful of that, bring ear plugs if you are sensitive and you'll be fine ☺️
