Accogliente e comodo

Pro: L'appartamento è spazioso, luminoso e ben attrezzato. Dista 15 minuti a piedi dal Duomo.

Contro: Suggeriamo di rivedere cuscini e materassi. Non scomodi ma nemmeno comodi.

Pro: Casa grande e spaziosa, ma non vicinissima alla cattedrale. Ottimo il check-in automatico e i consigli per girare la città. Abbiamo trovato il caffè e qualche snack :) I propietari sono disponibili

Contro: La disposizione delle stanze è un po' caotica. Se si è in famiglia o tra amici stretti diventa un po' difficile stare insieme, se non nel salotto che comunque è spazioso. Il secondo bagno era molto freddo e abbiamo avuto qualche problema con il riscaldamento e l'acqua calda (anche se i propietari ci hanno aiutato a risolvere!) E' solo un consiglio!

Niente male nel complesso

Pro: Siamo stati in coppia per tre giorni, Posto abbastanza centrale, con 2 camere da letto grandi più un ampio salone anche se a volte bisogna cercare il parcheggio, ci hanno fatto trovare i caffè anche se solo per 2 giorni, consiglio o niente o per tutti i giorni, acqua di benvenuto e tutto pulito, l’accoglienza molto cortese e attenta.

Contro: L’ingresso laterale al palazzo dalla scivola

Pro: Posizione centrale, a due minuti da. Villa Bellini. Appartamento come da foto, con tutti i servizi essenziali

Pro: Tutto, ti fa sentire proprio in casa, la posizione è ottima, zona tranquilla.

Ottimo appartamento

Pro: L'esperienza in questa struttura è stata totalmente positiva, dalla prima telefonata con il sig. Giuseppe (avevamo necessità di anticipare l'arrivo di un paio di ore) al soggiorno in appartamento che oltre ad essere ampio con le 2 camere da letto, un bagno più uno di servizio la cucina e l'accogliente soggiorno con divano (letto immagino) è veramente ben fornito di tutto: dalla cucina ad induzione alla lavastoviglie non manca proprio nulla! Per finire vorrei ringraziare la signora Maria Grazia per la disponibiltà dimostrata adattandosi ai nostri tempi ristretti per l'espletamento delle formalità e al garbo dimostrato. Sarà la prima struttura che contatterò la prossima visita a Catania.

Contro: The smell of the bathtoom

The stay was pleasant overall.

Pro: Great communication with the host. He responded very quickly, which made it easy for us to find the apartment without any problems. Additionally, it was a very nice gesture to match some of the amenities to our nationality, that was really thoughtful! The location of the property is very good. It’s close to grocery stores, bakeries, and a gym, and only a 10-minute walk to the flea market. There’s also the option to park a car for free around the apartment, which wasn’t always easy, but we managed to find a spot more than once. The apartment was well equipped, so it was easy to enjoy a meal comfortably. It was well prepared for our stay, although the cleanliness could have been a bit better. A big plus for the fully functioning air conditioning.

Contro: There was a construction site right across from the apartment. The workers started early in the morning and continued until the afternoon, which meant we were woken up around 7:00AM-7:30AM, so if you like to sleep in, unfortunately this isn’t the place for you. The cleanliness was average. I’d rate it 3/5. The apartment was cleaned, but not very thoroughly. According to the description, there is a washing machine, but it was moldy inside and in the detergent compartment. It would be good to either replace it or clean it properly so that guests can use it without worrying that their clothes will smell bad. The mop available in the apartment was old and worn out, which was inconvenient since we wanted to clean the floors during our stay and before leaving. Another minus is the lack of a vacuum cleaner, it would make it much easier to keep the apartment tidy during a longer stay, as sweeping takes more time and isn’t as effective as vacuuming.

Pro: Giuseppe was very kind, helped to us find the most important things, such as cofe bars and so on :) The aptm is big, familiar with air conditioned rooms. Well equipped kitchen. Located 5 mins from the via Etnea but in a quite small street. We re comment this accomodation for everybody who are looking for a trustable place in Catania.
