Pro: Fabulous property in a great location. Ricardo was the perfect host, he met us on arrival and gave us lots of recommendations for places to see & eat. He organised a car to take us to the airport and was always contactable if we needed anything. The Apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Grazie Ricardo ❤️

Contro: Only one constructive criticism I think we really needed more than one towel each. Just something to think about for future.

Amazing apartment in the center of everything

Pro: Amazing hospitality and very helpful. Gave a lot of good recommendations and a lot of helpful information before we arrived. Location is amazing. In the spot of the city center, with shops, restaurants and historic sites just outside the door. Can really recommend this place for anyone.

Pro: I recommend this guesthouse 100% it’s a great apartment, with great guys running it. They will guide you in advance, help you in every matter, before and during your trip. You will be welcomed with a Prosecco in person in the apartment. You have every thing nearby, in a few meter distance, a store nextdoor. Parking is across the apartment, you can always have an eye on your car. Enjoy your stay!

Very central location, big and airy rooms and extremely friendly host

Pro: Very big and spacious. Central location. Quiet despite the central location. Riccardo was so helpful and gave us a lot of recommendations for things to see and do in Catania

Pro: The location was perfect! Everything was close and even walkable with little kids! Riccardo was a super nice and helpful host! We enjoyed the stay very much and if we come back to Catania we would try to be at his place again!

Nice place to stay in Catania

Pro: Excellent location, in walking distance to most attractions in Catania. The host Riccardo communicated with me on WhatsApp before the day of arrival so we know everything would be fine. He met us at the Holiday Home and helped us with the luggage up to a flight of stairs to the apartment. He gave us various suggestions about restaurant, sites to visit, and supermarket. He was very nice and friendly. The apartment was large, clean and comfortable. The WIFI in the apartment was super fast (a speed-test showed about 400 mbps).

Excellent stay in the centre of Catania

Pro: The modern centrally located flat was in excellent condition. Beds were very comfortable and the modern kitchen was adequate for our stay. A short walk to all central areas means we never had to use public transport. Many restaurants bars and cafes nearby. The good soundproofing means we were not bothered by the traffic. Good internet connection with modern TV's in each room. Riccardo provided information on the surrounding facilities and met us on both arrival and departure as well as arranging a taxi to the airport.

Brilliant hosts, location, local people and sights that made our holiday full of wonderful memories.

Pro: The contact before arrival and both owners being there to meet us on arrival full of energy giving us an Italian insight that informed our plans for the week. Apartment was spacious, bright and spotlessly clean. Very well equipped and the finishing touches (coffee, cakes etc) were really appreciated. WOW shower in the morning! The location was just brilliant for us; all sights in Catania were within walking distance as were public transport and tourist type excursions. The hosts who were always there if we needed them.
