A wonderful accommodation when the weather is warm

Pro: Spacious, clean, have all amenities for cooking, good WiFi for working, outdoor terrace with swimming pool are nice.

Contro: The town is somewhat average, even though the property itself is comfortable, there’s nowhere nice to walk around, you must have a car. We were visiting in April and during a cold week so it was quite chilly indoors, we used the heater but it was still cold in the bedroom during the night, it is common in Italy during the off season months. The host supplied extra blankets.

Beautiful, relaxing place with very friendly hosts.

Pro: A truly wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sun and the pool. My wife and I prefer to relax and not do too much when we’re on vacation and lily house is perfect for that. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and even offered a day trip to catania or etna if we had wanted. The pool is a really good size and you have plenty of space to relax and feel private in.

Lovely vacation in Gravina di Catania

Pro: Everything was excellent with Raffaella and the rest of the family, starting with the communication. Had a late check-in and they were flexible with that. They gave us tips on how to go out and about and even invited us to a family trip out of town (which we had to pass unofortunately). Our kids loved the owners' little dog Rocky. We had many relaxed days by the pool. The house itself has everything you need for a nice holiday (we stayed for 2 weeks). With a rental car we visited many places around the island. Renting a car is recommended as the property is out of town. Highly recommending Lily House 🩷

Amazing hosts, lovely house and pool. I would recommend staying in this house.

Pro: This is a lovely property to stay in with a good size pool and view of the ocean in the distance. During my stay in Catania my husband fell ill and end up in hospital. The host of this house were so kind and did everything they could do to help me. They supported in helping me return the hire car and move to a new property as I had to extend my stay. They were amazing hosts and I can't thank them enough for their kindness.

Contro: If you stay in this house you do need a car to travel around as public transport is limited.

Pro: I could easily sum up all the things that were amazing but I will make a selection; - Facilities were amazing (protected parking space, nice house, fantastic pool, furniture,....) - I want to highlight how clean the house and surroundings were. Also the pool was crystal clear, as were the decks around it. - Last but not least; Special mention for Raffaella who gave us all the information we needed but even more. She gave us tips about trips, restaurants, bars, etc..., which were all really fantastic. We followed most of them and discovered some hidden gems, thanks to her tips. We are really grateful for this as it really boosted our stay even more! To sum it up, really nothing to complain about. If you want to stay in the Catania/Etna are, I would definitely recommend!

Amazing

Pro: Amazing with great customer service...host collected us and returned us to the airport...on route from airport dropped us at Lidl and waited for us to get our weekly shop.....on arrival were given fresh cooked pasta for lunch. had small issue with sink which was fixed straight away by the host....every day the pool was cleaned including all the decking areas with time and effort by the host to ensure a very clean pool area...if required host available if you have any issues......OK YOU MUST READ THAT IS HAS NO AIR CON so dont give them a lower score as they advise of this...but plenty of fans as required....overall a great place with hosts that go out to please guests 100% customer service

Best vacation

Pro: Absolutely best place with private pool, clean house with grill and garden. Owners were best and dog named Rocky was very friendly :)

Pro: The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. We had an issue with our hire car on day one and the host arranged transport the following day. The pool was cleaned daily, house was clean and had all the amenities needed. It was at the end of a quiet street with local shops and main road networks a short easy drive away. We will be returning. Thank you.
