Pro: Tutto ottimo, molto spaziosa e vicina al centro. La ragazza che ci ha aperto era davvero gentile. Ritorneremo! La consiglio!!

Pro: Il nostro soggiorno a Catania è stato semplicemente perfetto grazie a questo alloggio! La posizione è strategica. La struttura è pulitissima, arredata con gusto e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza e a darci preziosi consigli per esplorare la città e i dintorni. Sicuramente torneremo in futuro e lo consiglieremo a chiunque voglia visitare questa meravigliosa città!

Pro: Gli spazi, la pulizia e la posizione. Inoltre la disponibilità dell' host che ha accolto tutte le nostre richieste. Ritornerò sicuramente

Pro: L’appartamento è grande e con tanti posti letto, e con aria condizionata. Due terrazzini, e la lavatrice. Colazione fornita di yogurt, latte, uova e brioches varie confezionate. Distanza dal centro 10 minuti a piedi

Contro: La cucina , rispetto al resto della casa è veramente piccola e un po’ scomoda, e poco fornita. L’appartamento in generale è un po’ datato, e si trova in cima ad una scalinata stretta e ripida e senza ascensore. Anche il bagno è piccolino.

Pro: Amazing location, good communication, nice and cozy flat (one small room with a bed has no window, but no big deal).

Pro: The house itself is cozy, well-maintained, and full of character, with beautiful décor that gives it a warm, homey feel. The rooms were clean, super spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. I loved it! And I especially appreciated the little details, like complimentary coffee and snacks, which added a nice touch. Overall it is a good choice for anyone visiting Catania—whether you're here for a short city break or a longer stay, it offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and some charm.

Contro: The entrance ( outside) door needs some attention. It was not working properly during our stay which caused some difficulties and a certain discomfort. For me, it is not a problem, but it could be for some, so note, that the property is on the second floor, no elevator

So comfy and spacious

Pro: I really, really enjoyed staying here. The apartment was so comfy and spacious and with two balconies. I loved the little extras too from the landlady, who was extremely friendly and helpful by the way. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

City break

Pro: Private apartment in a quiet block. Only minutes from the bus station, train station & a hidden lido under the railway line. The apartment was homely, comfortable & large . Plenty of hot water to shower & wash the pots. AC in the lounge & bedroom. There was only my son & I so I closed off 2 bedrooms. The bedding & towels were lovely white cotton & soft. Bed extremely comfortable. There is a washing machine on the terrace . Also a nice area to sit in the evening & it's just outside the kitchen. The host contacted me by WhatsApp before arriving & very friendly. Thinking of booking next year.. Sorry I forgot to take photos.

Contro: It's hard to say what I didnt like as it was lovely... umm... nope I can't find anything negative to say.

Nice apartment. Great hosts. Good location near bus and train station and the city centre.

Pro: Hosts were very welcoming and cooperative. They shared all information we needed and were very responsive. They left us cake and water which was generous and nice of them. Location was really good. Close to the train station and bus station. less than 10 minutes walk to city centre. the place is spacious with 2 balconies and tooo many beds. there's a cafe and restaurant outside the building for a quick bite. Nice decoration inside the place. Clean towels and clean beds. Good value for money.

Contro: A bit basic. Wish if there was an AC in the other bedroom as it gets hot. A few windows but it wasn't a problem since there were 2 balconies. one of the balconies needed chairs and a table. Toilet is okay but isnt as good as the rest of the apartment. You have to collect two different keys from different key boxes but not that hard and better for safety. amazing for groups and short stays.

Pro: Nagyobb társaságnak tökéletes, szeparált hálószobák. Jó elhelyezkedés a városban. Két terasszal is rendelkezik.

Contro: Általános felújítás időszerű.
